The Chicago skyline featured in lots of tv shows and films, needs to be explored by going up one of the main two tall buildings, walking the streets and my favourite from the water, fabulous.

The depth and breadth of buildings in Chicago are awe inspiring. Tall, moderate, plain, colorful, wide, narrow, decorative, inventive, artistic - you name it, it is here. Make sure you do the architectural boat tour, as that, plus driving around, gives you the most complete...More

On a clear sunny day, this is one of the best views I've seen. This is definitely a must see. Take the river cruise or tour bus.

Don't miss the Architecture Institute's famous 90-minute architecture river cruise. It's unbeatable and filled with Chicago's colorful history.

Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a
good starting point to sample the city's energy and
flavor. This central business district boasts
Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier
shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep
your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many
photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of
Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
