A cute marker celebrating the southern most point of the continuous United States. Be prepared to stand in line a bit ut it's nice that people do so orderly. A nice tourist thjng.

I was sure I could see Cuba on the horizon! It's seems so close you want to dive in and start swimming. This spot really sparks the imagination!

We all need to have a picture standing in front of the Southernmost Point Buoy in the US. I thought it would be more crowded but, everyone was polite and took their turn taking pictures.

Yes, there are lines to get your picture taken. Standing in the heat for 30 plus minutes? No thank you. We skipped the line and took our picture kitty corner to the big bollard. We still got a great picture, don't stand in line people!!...More

This is just a photo opportunity area. Very close to the water. Feeling the breeze was great. Nice way to start a vacation as we walked around.

We had to go to see it but it wasn’t worth it. There was a line up the street to get a photo at the Southernmost point (which isn’t even the Southernmost point). People were lining up for ages in the baking heat to stand...More

A very popular point to have your photo of the most southerly mainland point in the USA. Expect to queue but worth the effort.

This was a spot that we found was a must see. It was a great photo op. It does tend to get crowded, since it is a tourist spot. Was great to get pictures and be able to say that we were here.

This is really popular so bear in mind that the queues to have a photo with the marker are long unless you’re there early or later on in the day.

Parking is available if you put a little effort into looking around. Be warned. Be careful where you do park and don't forget to feed the pay box in the area and put the receipt on your dash if you're parking on the street... More
