Got time to kill and like shopping, eating, and drinking...this street jas it all. Bonus was the free bus that runs constantly up and down the street. Very easy to,jump on and off. Some of the best people watching also...

If you are at a downtown hotel odds are good you will spend time here walking shopping and eating. Yes there are street folks and some bizarre folks there but so are lots of things to do. Watch out for the busses when crossing to...More

OK, one of my absolute favorite pizza restaurants is on this pedestrian mall - Giordano’s. But, with that exception and other decent (but nothing special) chain restaurants, the mall is generally populated with mediocre stores and homeless people. We’re talking TJMaxx and Ross Dress for...More

The 5,000 flower pots are amazing. The riffraff and vagrants are not. I did not feel safe. Constant stinch of weed on every corner. How is it tobacco is illegal but pot is okay? Messed up and not cool. Very spooky oeople around.

I so want to give this place a great review as I feel the outdoor mall is a wonderful way to shop and see a bit of the city by being outside. But, after three "sketchy" experiences in less than 24 hours, all I can...More

Chain restaurants and panhandlers, Denver has so much more to offer than the 16th Street Mall. Walk south to LoDo (near the train station) for more authentic dining and environment.

My wife and I took a stroll through the downtown mall before moving on to Boulder. From the other reviewers it sounds like your experience will differ depending on the time of day that you show up. We were there on a weekday morning looking...More

16th Street Mall was once a proud Historic connecting walking place to gather in Denver. We looked forward to walking and shopping there when we were visiting. What happened Denver? Get your homeless someplace safe and humane to gather and sleep off their buzz. Not...More
