What a lovely beach...4 miles from our motel and we avoided the Huntington Beach air show meaning traffic. People take the beach for granted. I was all emotional having not seen the ocean in over 15 years. It was a "chamber of commerce" day. Not...More

We were at Lido Isle for a meeting in October, the weather couldn’t have been much nicer, sunny and warm! If you are looking for just an afternoon or evening day/night out, Newport is great.

Choose this beach . We'd heard about Huntington beach but weren't impressed and stumbled upon this beach. Had a great day here, walked along the pier and strolled around for a while, then enjoyed relaxing on the beach and swimming in the sea for the...More
