We found it difficult to locate the tomb. No signs to direct you the location. Impresive and old cementery, sort of poorly kept.

We visited this cemetery with a group. It was interesting to learn about this culture. Evita's tomb was very ornate. Our guide told us her story and her tragic ending.

Incredibly unique place. Seeing Eva Peron's tomb is a must. Other vaults are stunning in design; you see old famiky tombs next to modern ones.

It is nice to see her tomb, since she was so influential in Argentina. It was a little tough to find, but we just followed the bigger groups, with tour guides. We had found the cemetery while exploring on our own.

Tomb of Evita Peron is located in Recoleta cemetery. It is a family tomb hosting all members of her family, so her grave does not stand out. It is also quite unremarkable is comparison to the masterpieces that are found around in this cemetery. Nevertheless,...More

The Recoleta cemetery is an interesting place to wander around. For those interested in Eva Peron then you have to go to her tomb. Expect it to be crowded. It is a narrow alley in the cemetery & people flock to this spot. Even without...More

There are a lot of famous people sleep here. If you are into Argentinian history you will find this an interesting place. For a tourist from other country like me might not know all those people buried here except of course the controversial Eva Peron....More

Located in the Cemeterio de Recoleta, our guide directed to the tomb following a rather circuitous route. I saw a map at the entrance to the cemetery so I guess you could take a picture and used that to find your way. Eva Peron was...More

If you visit Buenos Aires, you cannot ignore Eva Peron and it is a fantastic story. She is buried in the cemetery in Recoletto and after a walking tour (which again I recommend) i took myself off for a wander around.. it was a little...More

Characterised by the French-style mansions which are
the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the
