We arrived at the visitor centre at the entrance to Wadi Rum. The guide Befalah arranged a unique experience with overnight stay at a camp, 6 hour camel ride through the beautiful desert and a night under the stars. Befalah cooked our supper on open...More

We took a three hour “Jeep” (pick-up truck) ride in Wadi Rum. It was cool to see where some movies took place and the camels wandering about. However, three hours was definitely long enough. We began riding in the back of the truck on canopy...More

Firstly inside the Wadi Rum area there is practically no mobile network so you will have complete privacy. As the sun sets the view becomes beautiful. At night there are millions of stars visible in the sky. Bedouin Camps are there inside the Wadi rum...More

I have just returned after first visiting 14 years ago and the dramatic views along the desert wadi flanked by monstrous sandstone outcrops still make a huge impact, enhanced by the history and romance of the place. It is a wonderful experience and I would...More

We came as a group by bus and changed to four wheeler cars driven by local beduins there. The changing colors of the rocks, wonderful views, extremely fine red sand... very unusual. Views taking your breath .

Words can't describe how amazing this place is, how you would imagine Mars to be like. We booked to stay at the Beyond The Wadi Rum camp, which I would highly recommend, intimate with just 7 tents, great location and immaculately clean. They organised a...More

I think all the local guides know where this very film was shot. And definitely Wadi Rum is one of the greatest deserts to see and experiance. Much better than the one in Marocco.
