This is definitely one of the most worthwhile sites to visit in Lebanon. It involves a minimum amount of walking and is very exposed to the sun.

Byblos is super old and nice and well worth the detour. You can stroll the streets, visit the souks and the castle. The entrance isn’t expensive and you can walk and take many beautiful pictures.

The castle is really old and it breathes this atmosphere from bach then...it doesn't take much to imagine how people lived here. Worth your time, every story of the building has it's own views, so climb when you can!
