The train system was a great surprise - trains on time, very clean and the trip back from Agua Caliente included a fashion show and Inca dancer! Beautiful trip with unforgettable scenery.

We traveled in the Expedition carriage and were more than impressed. We certainly did not feel as though we missed out on anything buying this less expensive ticket over that of the other classes. A snack cart was wheeled through the carriage offering drinks and...More

Normal station with a lot of midges and dogs. Peru trail has an individual place where you can wait for the train.

Very small station at end of road with various vendors, shops and Taxi drivers looking to get your business. Check in at the gates to get into the waiting area for the train. About 1.5 hour ride from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes

Small train station (lots of mosquitos outside!), but clean and nice areas to wait inside or outside for the train. The train was very comfortable, but the seating numbers are confusing. We had three consecutive seat numbers (23, 24, 25), but didn’t sit together!? The...More
