Such a privilege to live so close to this amazing center for the arts! The grounds, the location right on the Potomac, the backdrops of Georgetown and Rosslyn -- if you're in DC and even if you don't plan to see a show here (which...More

Fantastic venue. Gorgeous views from the Center. You have to go there to experience it. Hall of the state flags, opera house, broadway shows. What could anyone ask for? Especially love the quotes from John Fitzgerald Kennedy on the wall.

Have seen many musicals at Kennedy Center. Most are very well done and I always leave humming one of the songs. If you can afford it ($100+), a great experience.

We were told the tour would be 45 minutes long. Our guide was so into it that it lasted over an hour and was worth every minute of it.

A large concert hall along with a few shops and exhibits. Easy enough to get lost in but parking is surprisingly convenient.

The Kennedy center is amazing by itself, but going to see a performance like Cats is fabulous! We had a glass of wine prior to the first act and wandered around admiring the JFK exhibits. A few years ago, we head dinner on the top...More

Because we live near DC, we go to the Kennedy Center frequently. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen anything at the Eisenhower Theater. It’s smaller than the Opera House or the Concert Hall. We sat in a box that was on the left...More

We saw an afternoon performance of WCMM and I was simply BOWLED over. The Eisenhower Theater is wonderful, of course. The (mostly) one-woman show is a sensation. We see a lot of excellent live theater performances, but this is quantum leaps better and more engaging...More

I never sit that close the music goes over my head. I try to sit about half way back in the orchestra or in the first tier
