The entrance fee is £30 which is expensive , but you do get a lot of bang for your buck . The exhibitions about Iceland, it’s geological wonders and nature are interactive and informative . The ice cave is impressive and to cap it all the Northern lights show is spectacular.

The ice cave is but one part of the Perlan. The views of the city from the top offer a 360 degree view. The movie is so-so, mostly animation and not quite one would expect. Overall though, a good experience.

Found this place OK but for the price of around £30 each think it was overpriced. The ice cave is OK, the northern lights show is just a video explaining it. I found quite interesting but not amazing.

Dear 465483, thank you for writing to us about your experience. I am surprised and sorry to hear that you could not enjoy your experience at Perlan to the fullest, especially since the photo that you attached shows a happy person that enjoys our exhibits. Perlan is a must-visit landmark and nature exploratorium. We aim to let our guests experience Icelandic nature in new and exciting ways while learning about scientific facts, feeling nature's power, and understanding how this unique island came to life. Áróra, our multi-award-winning planetarium show, is the only northern lights experience of its kind in the world. Guided by Aurora, the goddess of dawn, this cinematic adventure invites the audience to join the dance of these mystical lights over Icelandic landscapes. We are happy to work with world-famous museum artists, top-scientists & more experts to create truly unique spectacles. We wish to offer these unique nature adventures for prices that compare to similar experiences. Hopefully, you enjoyed your time in Iceland. We wish you a safe trip home. Kindly, Steffi
