Beautiful place, a stunning work of art. We went to see a folclórico performance and it was absolutely breath taking. A must see.

This theatre is such a wonderful landmark, Inside and out. In the evening, the theatre facade is lite with a green color illuminating the entire area. So beautiful. Interior is neo baroque-ish brilliance. A must see!

A must see. This building’s architecture is amazing. Constructed in the 1800s; it’s amazing how beautiful and historic it is. Recommend highly.

Beautiful neoclassical opera house that reminded me very much of historic places in Italy. Worth stopping in if it's open.

The Festival is held the first 10 days of September. Events all over the City, but the most significant are in Centro area. An excellent hotel within walking distance is Hotel Morales.
