The chapel is set on top of a mountain with beautiful views. It is a peaceful quiet place for reflection. A giant cross towers in the sky. The grounds are impeccable. There is no fee for access just a donation requested.
This beautiful chapel provides an incredible view of Acapulco Bay. This location includes a small gift shop, bathrooms, multiple levels to take pictures, and the church with seating space. Note a few important things:

I recently visited the Chapel of Peace in Acapulco, Mexico. Myself and 3 family members paid for a city tour which included a guided tour of the Chapel of peace. we contacted Rudy who operates a city tour of Acapulco including The Chapel of Peace, The Fort of San Diego, The Zocalo, La Quebrada Divers and Papagayo Park along with other attractions and shopping and free drinks. Rudy and Crew speak great English and really know their subject matter of everything Acapulco. Our tour lasted 5 hours in an air conditioned 14 passenger van. Rudy also rents his van and sevices to groups.
