A good walk up a strep hill and you arrive at the fort. There are a number of buildings to look at including a small museum devoted to Calypso Rose and another musician. The larger museum has an excellent display of historical and natural items....More

We went on a Sunday - so the museum was closed but we did see the Bats in the Battery. We also found that the guy here had the best selection of good quality local presents/mementos we found.

Enjoyed our visit here. Very interesting colonial history. No admittance fee. Beautiful views around the coastline from the top. Anyone interested in the history I highly recommend a visit here.

Not only is this fort naturally gorgeous as it’s situated facing the sea from two vantage points, the place itself is so well maintained. Visited on a Sunday so no tours. That was ok as they’re so many signs about with short history references

Yes you may. There are benches to sit comfortably and nearby bins. Dispose of your litter responsibly and leave the place as beautiful as you found it
