This beach is amazing! Water is a little rough, but fun if you are a decent swimmer. Short drive from Maracas (where the food is). Wish I looked up reviews first as my feet and ankles were itching days later from the sand flies :(...More
We were a little disappointed in this beach. The photos on the internet do not represent this beach at all. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax this would be perfect. If you're looking for the beautiful ambiance this is not it. Water...More
Beautiful white sands, calm blue waters, and much less crowded than other beaches made this day perfect. Arrive early and leave before 6pm to avoid traffic. There were some vendors selling fruits and snacks but it is best to take snacks and drinks. They have...More

I came to Las Cuevas beach for a solo beach trip on a weekday. The beach was largely empty, there were few groups and couples so it felt very secluded. The beach is in a bay so the water is very calm, it’s so clear...More
