The ruins are pretty neat, but in all honesty, not super interesting for my son (9). After we looked around for about 15 minutes, we were ready to move on. However, the scenery around the mine is gorgeous. There is a wishing rock area in...More

The highlight of this location wasn't the ruins as much as the cliffs, landscape, sky and water. Simply amazing! The ruins are still in pretty good shape for their age. There were more structures before, and you could see where they had been when you...More

Gold mill ruins is a nice place to explore and take pictures, with the ocean in the background. Popular place, so if you want solitude, get there early in the day, before the tour groups, buses, buggies all show up.

So this place is very close (within 2 minutes) of the Ostrich Farm so suggest visiting both. The Bushiribana Ruins is a history landmark in Aruba and sit near the ocean. Nice looking out into the vast blue water from ruins in a desert landscape....More

We visited this as part of an Island tour and we loved every second we spent here. When visiting Aruba, definitely pull yourself and co-travelers away from the beach and casinos and check out the other side of the island. The gold mill ruins are...More

Great photo opportunities and some rock climbing and exploring within the ruins. Deserted end of the island with ocean views. The ruins have an ancient feeling but were built 1872. Food truck on site for beverages and food. Same road as the Natural Bridge.

Majestic site and ocean view! UTV is an excellent way to experience the ruins. By the time we got there we were already covered in dirt but it was absolutely stunning!
