A long beautiful street with many brands on both sides. Full of people walking. Very lively and fun to walk or shop.

If you like luxury, it is the best place for you in Tokyo. Expensive stores and cars are around. It is close to other attractive places such as Harajuku, Shibuya, Meiji Jingumae and Shinjuku. Long avenue with nice orientation but mostly crowded.

Or just check out the hordes of mostly young people shopping and people watching. Incredibly busy intersections and sidewalks.

Nearly all the famous names are present. However, it is not the sole attraction of this long shopping precinct. There are numerous cafeterias and restaurants, not all expensive, and some very good. I first visited Omotesando some 35 years ago, when I was working in...More

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
