Overview
Get acquainted with Seattle's historic waterfront from the water side of the wharf on this fully narrated cruise of Elliott Bay and Seattle Harbor. This cruise follows the shoreline and provides up-close views of the piers, ports and area attractions. There are plenty of interesting features around the bay: the Port of Seattle (one of the busiest ports in the United States), Colman Dock (the main dock of the largest ferry system in the US), and Pier 90 (home of the region's cruise ship business), Alki Beach (major local summertime hangout), the Space Needle, the famous Edgewater Inn, the Great Wheel and the Seattle Aquarium. Last but not least, there are tremendous views of the natural beauty that surrounds Seattle. The majestic Olympic Mountains lie to the west, solitary Mount Rainier to the southeast, and the inviting Cascade Range to the east.

Bring your camera to capture the memories because blue water, green trees, and interesting sights abound on this cruise.
Highlights
  • See Seattle from a different point of view—the water—during this cruise
  • Enjoy live commentary about landmarks and sights as you sail
  • Relax with onboard food and beverages (own expense)
  • Easy-to-find meeting spot at Pier 55 for your convenience
  • This tour is accessible to wheelchair users
What to Expect
Meet for this Seattle harbor cruise on Pier 55 near the waterfront. Check in, board your boat, and head to one of the two main areas—the enclosed lower deck or the open upper sundeck. As your boat glides out onto the water, listen to the guided commentary. Hear historical and other interesting facts about the Space Needle, the Seattle Great Wheel, and the nearby Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges, as well as the city’s historic waterfront. You can even catch sight of Mt. Rainer as you cruise, and get an insider’s look at one of the world’s largest shipping terminals. If you’re thirsty or hungry along the way, you can get a drink or something to eat on the boat (own expense). Your tour ends back at Pier 55, where you get off the boat and can explore more of what you saw from the water.

My husband and I traveled to Seattle for our birthday celebrations. The boat cruise and dinner afterwards was simply joyous. Being on the water, cruising Seattle topped it all of. The narrator on the cruise did a thorough narrative of the entire surroundings. I would do it all
