    What to Expect
How does Seattle do gourmet food? Find out on this delightful taste of Seattle tour around the streets of Belltown, downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market.
There will be seven different stops to enjoy progressive meals — from the appetizer to the dessert, that’s 18+ tastings — at some of Seattle’s best restaurants and hot spots. On the menu: upscale comfort food that Seattle foodies refer to as F.L.O.S.S., which stands for fresh, local, organic, seasonal, and sustainable.
Taste razor clam chowder, salmon, famous Seattle chef Tom Douglas’ “serious” artisanal pizza and so much more (menu subject to seasonal change), including local Washington wine and beer with gourmet dishes.
Two of the restaurants will open their doors just for this tour group to enjoy. Mix and mingle with chefs, restaurant owners and artisans. Plus, make a final tour stop at Fran's Chocolates for world renowned chocolates and caramels.

That sourdough pasta is one of my favorites! The Pacific Northwest has some of the best ingredients. We hope to host next time you are in the area.

Sarah was a knowlegable guide, both cultural and foody. The chef and owner at steelhead spoke to us for 10 minutes about his business. We even got to see The Rolling Stones get into their limos at our last stop.

No, they do not have a store or office. You meet at the first restaurant and start walking from there.
