Cruise the Savannah riverfront on a boat tour that fits your interests and schedule. From brunch to lunch to dinner and even sunset and sightseeing cruises, there is a cruise for every traveler. Some tours are fully narrated, while others focus on the sights as they drift by. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, as are food and drinks (included on some cruises), with a cash bar available.

What to Expect

Meet about 30 to 60 minutes before your cruise time to exchange your voucher at the Savannah Riverboat Ticket Office at 9 East River Street.

There are multiple cruise options on the Savannah River Queen available. Depending on your choice, you will embark on a lunch cruise, brunch cruise, dinner cruise, sunset cruise, sightseeing cruise, party cruise, or gospel cruise.

Once boarded, choose your seat, either heading indoors to the climate-controlled dining and observation deck, or outdoors to the upper deck for sunbathing. On most tours, you’ll hear city history and fun facts about Savannah as you float and take in the sights, although a few tours do not include narration.

Iced tea, lemonade, soft drinks, or coffee are included with all dining cruises, and some cruises feature live entertainment. All cruises include an open bar.

Your boat returns to the original departure point at the end of your cruise.

Not worth the money

Went on the 1pm cruise, not much to see, nothing outstanding except for the fort. Had only 1 person handling the drink and food section. Service was very slow. Still had the corny jokes which made it a little more bearable.

A big, beautiful, clean river boat style cruise (without a true working paddle wheel). Boarding started at 6 pm for a 7pm cruise and dinner. The whole operation ran like a clock. Boarding was smooth and the personnel were professional. We were directed to the...More

We were on the cruise as part of another event, but went to hear the narration for the general cruise goers on a lark, ended up staying outside to hear the narration rather than being inside with the live band! Our event included a buffet...More
