We are sorry you misunderstood the 15 max per reservation not for the boat. You pad $15.99 per passenger as a limited special price for a 60 minute cruise with a retail price of $35. A private 15 passenger boat for 60 minutes starts at $1500 for the boat and the pier fees for docking fluctuate. I apologize you misread the description of 15 passenger maximum per reservation.
