Greenwich Village Food Tour

Overview

Explore charming Greenwich Village on this small group food tour. Instead of spending your vacation time researching restaurants, follow your guide to tried-and-true eateries to sample authentic New York foods, including pizza, bagels, and cannoli. Along the way, your guide points out historic landmarks and celebrity hangouts you might not have noticed otherwise. A small group size means your guide has more time for personalized recommendations.

What to Expect

Meet your guide at Jackson Square Park in the heart of Greenwich Village. Groups are capped at eight people to ensure a more personal, tailored experience. From there, embark on walking tour of one of New York’s oldest and most charming neighborhoods. Pass by historic locations and celebrity hangouts, many of which are unmarked and would be easy to miss without your guide.

As you walk through the cobblestone streets, stop at up to six authentic New York eateries for a taste of the city’s signature foods. Eat a slice of New York pizza, try a bagel, and sample a variety of desserts.

Throughout the tour, a guide recommends bars, restaurants, and cafes loved and frequented by locals, saving you hours of research. After the tour ends, stroll over to Washington Square Park to rest your legs.

Great food Tour!

We were a group of six from Long Island. We didn't have to travel far but it is worth the trip from anywhere! Besides delicious food stops ( one of them being the best pizza!) we learned a lot about the history of Greenwich Village...More

Great afternoon and food tour

We really enjoyed our food tour of Greenwich Village with Alison. First we were the only ones on the tour which was super special, and it was like our own private tour (and extra food for us!). It was more than a food tour because...More

Lots of food and fun stroll around Greenwich

Billy was a lot of fun to spend time with. Well prepared with ponchos in the rain. Super accommodating. The only downside of the tour is starting with two desserts. But you just kind of roll with it. Good balance of a little history and...More
