A comprehensive list of stops in downtown, uptown, Brooklyn, and New York Harbor means you can design a New York tour by double-decker bus and boat that’s right for you, without being tied down to preset schedules or group tours. Choose from a list of flexible options and attraction passes and see New York on your own terms, while avoiding the expense of taxis.

What to Expect

Choose the tour option that’s right for you, paying only for the duration, attractions, and activities you’ll use. You can board at any bus stop by showing your mobile or paper voucher to the on-board staff.

If you’re a first-time visitor, get your bearings on one of the three loop hop-on, hop-off bus routes: Downtown, Uptown, or Brooklyn. Some of the highlights of these include Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Museum Mile, and the routes are carefully designed to pass a long list of landmarks.

Since passes include unlimited access throughout the duration, you’ll have the option to ride the entire loop, then return to see the places that interest you most. The night tour shows New York City when it lights up after dark, and a hop-on, hop-off cruise option sails to the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge, with photo-friendly views of the New York City skyline.

Frustrating experience

We have done several hop on hop off busses in different large cities, but this one was very disappointing. We bought the “Super New York” package. On our ticket that we redeemed it said “admission to Statue of Liberty” so when we got there they...More

Don't bother paying extra for VIP access - we didn't get priority once

The buses have a wire coating over the windows on some buses so you can't take photos through and you are jammed in like sardines so we spent half the time travelling backward - the first bus we went on I was tempted to go...More

Good when they turn up

Not enough buses. Slightly dated. No real timetable. Guides not the best. However they get you around and with some the guide is so bad it’s funny - actually added to the journey. You can always listen to the pre-recorded version. There are other bus...More

Gray Line Great NY Tour, Allan France was Awesome

We had several days on the Gray Line and it really helped us to get our bearings around the city. All the staff were extremely helpful and we would highly recommend these tours from our recent experience.

Horrible Experience..Terrible Tour...July 2018

We wasted our money on this tour and company. We bought the all-around tour for 5 and thought this would be a great way to see more of the city. The tour "guide" sat in a seat the entire time and did not narrate any...More

The game is in the daytime, 1:05 pm so that would work, we are staying on 37th Street in Manhattan and we read it's about 20 minutes on the subway I think.
