Boston Small-Group Food Walking Tour in the North End
US$80,66 per adult
Overview
Eat your way through Boston’s Little Italy, the North End neighborhood, on a walking tour ideal for those who like their food with a side of history. Sample New England seafood specialties and Italian-American classics while your guide enriches the experience with stories about Boston’s fascinating past. Cap off your tasting tour with an enticing dessert and craft beer or hard cider.
What to Expect
Meet your guide at a central location in the North End, Boston’s historic Little Italy. Then, stroll with a small group of fewer than 12 people along the narrow streets of this charming city sampling its classic dishes.

Kick things off with a lobster roll, a quintessential New England dish. From there, taste roasted nuts from a traditional shop, eat a sandwich with a recipe created in the country’s oldest public square, and visit a hole-in-the-wall pizzeria.

Along the way, your guide shares interesting facts about where you stop and the foods you eat. You might, for example, savor a pizza slice while looking out upon the colonial church that was used to warn pilgrims of a British sea invasion during the American Revolution.

Before your tour ends, stop in a public market to taste specialty sausage and sip a locally brewed craft beer or hard cider.

Good food, fun tour

The tour included 8 different tastings, at 2 locations - the market and the North End. The food was very good and diverse, and our guide Leah had a lot of knowledge and good explanations.

A date with disappointment
