What to Expect
Your Boston tour starts when you turn in your voucher at any of the nine stops along the trolley route. The stops for this tour include US Custom House/Long Wharf, Old North Church, Copps Hill Burial Ground, Constitution Museum, North Station, Government Center, Boston Common/Public Garden, Beacon Hill, and South Station/Chinatown.

Once you’re onboard the trolley, listen to commentary about the city as you ride. Your guide knows the city well and has fun stories to tell. Along the route, you can hop on and hop off at any of the routes. Plan your day and move at your own pace, without feeling rushed.

Your trolley tour ends when the last trolley is done running for the day.

Stops hard to find; trolleys are full too many times!

If you prepay, you must still go and exchange your 'ticket' at stop #1. Once on, make sure you get off at the closest stop to multiple sights you want to see as the next trolley coming along will probably be full and leave you...More

Scam booths

I had booked the trolley with cruise tour, and was told when we went to the informational booths near the cruise boat, "they didnt honor the cruise boat voucher anymore". Paid the additonal money for the cruise tour, but hope this knowledge will prevent further...More

I am not aware of a trolley that goes to Harvard. However, there is another trolley company that operates in Boston. The only other one I saw was orange and green and the vehicle looked like a trolley.

I cannot say for certain, but if you go near the Harbor/ Aquarium area and the marketplace is not far from there, you can most likely get any info you need. I had strangers come up to me and ask me what I was looking for... More
