This Civil War and plantation tour begins with a pickup from your Nashville hotel. Board a climate-controlled vehicle, and enjoy the ride to Franklin, which is about 30 minutes away.

Your first stops in Franklin are at the Lotz House and Carter House. Hear stories behind both Civil War-era attractions, and listen as your guide tells you about the Battle of Franklin.

For the Civil War buff!

This tour has 3 stops and is a bang for the buck. Carter House is interesting (wallpaper and wildly colored floors!) plus the actual bullet holes. Very detailed tour of the house and how the Civil War impacted this house. Lunch is on your own...More

Amazing step back into history!

An absolute must when you visit Nashville! All the tour guides were great and Rusty at the Plantation was one of the best guides I’ve ever had. The closing comment he offered left me with goosebumps!

Loved Carnton house

Loved the whole trip. Terry was our guide very funny and informative. Really enjoyed all the history. All 3 houses were great but especially loved Carnton house our guide Leah was incredible. Highly recommend this trip.

you see three different places and do lunch in franklin so takes whole day from 9-430
