A lot of history
We went and toured the museum and there is plenty of things to see in here. Plenty of exhibits to see and be in awe of. Even before you get into the grand hall. But once it’s closing time they will let you know it’s time to go.

Ok, wish we had time to wait in line to see more
This would probably have been a terrific visit, there is a lot to see but it was so terribly overcrowded it wasn’t possible to really look at anything, they should have it set up with timed entries like so many places have now. You first line up to go up in 2 elevators taking you to the 3rd floor and it was chaotic there. The other thing was it was surprising to see a LOT of space devoted to Kacey Musgraves, no issue with her but it seemed odd to have SO much emphasis on a relative newcomer, more than the greats like Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Brad Paisley, etc….it’s also not clear where the main entrance is from outside. It certainly has plenty of mementos and they are flexible about changing your day/time when needed.

I loved the displays of the old country stars. There was so much history and the interactive displays were awesome!! I thought they could have had a little more on modern country but we enjoyed our time there a lot.

A Must See in Nashville
Oct 2021 • Couples
This was a well thought out attraction. I suggest the audio tour to get the full education on country music and its affects on our musical history. Give yourself about 3 hours to take it all in including the gift shop. 4 if you include the extra experiences that are offered.

Gotta go at least once
Oct 2021
I’m new to country music, so I decided to check this out. I recommend getting the audio tour. There’s too much to read & if it’s crowded you can stand back & listen to it. I spent about 2 hrs there. It was great seeing the history/storyline of how country evolved.

Wonderful walk down memory lane!

I loved this place! Would definitely go again. I was with my sisters - we are senior citizens and loved the old videos. One of my sisters had injured her ankle so we didn’t stay as long as I would have liked. I would not use the audio next time- just look at everything and watch every video!

Trip Advisor needs one more option in who did you go with: family (adults) My sisters are my friends but also family! 😁

Awesome exhibits, lots to see!
Oct 2021
We purchased our tickets for the Hall of Fame/Museum well before our trip and selected an admission time of 9:15 a.m., which is only 15 minutes after the museum opens and I'm so glad we opted to go early. By the time we finished going through it about 90 minutes later, the lobby was absolutely packed. So I highly recommend buying your tickets online ahead of time and selecting an early time.

The actual exhibits were really cool to walk through. We live pretty close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland and this was similar, if not a bit smaller, but the featured exhibits were in the same vein. It's always neat to see performers' stage costumes, instruments, song writing journals, and other memorabilia. Getting to see Elvis' gold-plated Cadillac in person was incredible! We're definitely glad we went.

Country Music Hall of Fame Museum.
Enjoying walking through and seeing all the memorabilia. Great collection of old and new pieces. We did the audio tour and it was it was well done. The only thing we didn’t care for it was super busy and very crowded. Other than that, I would highly recommend it to country music fans.

Fun museum
Oct 2021
This was a fun museum. I had just seen Johnny Cash's, Patsy Cline's and Willie Nelson's individually, so this was nice that it had a piece of everyone. I thought it a little pricey at $27.95 but it was well done. I was going on to Memphis to see Graceland, so most of the artists I was doing individually. This was for my Mom as she is a country music fan and of those artists from 50s to 80s mostly. Fun for the whole family
