This however, wasn't enough for them. The straight out told us that another $10 each was expected for the hard work that they did. We won't go again. However, you should go to Mimosas. Then they try to sale you something else and at the end they ask you $20 more for mandatory tips. I experienced everything today with them! So think before you go that any price you see it is $40 additional dollars. Also they charge $12 for the massage oil. And they insisted so much to upgrade to sauna for $10 additional dollars. They don’t give you back your credit card, until you say yes. The price is by two times for a couple. So it is: $ 88 + $40 for membership for 2 people + $24 for massage oil + $40 for mandatory tips for 2 + $20 for the sauna even if you don’t use it the same day = $214 for a couple massage. I just paid it. And then they ask me tips for the cleaning lady additionally… they have a nerve for sure… I was about to call the police… because at the last tips I said no, and they started yelling so much to me in Chinese! I just got a 90 minute massage today with Michelle. She was amazing and this was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I usually get them every 2 weeks but then I moved to Vegas and COVID happened, needless to say it had been 6 months since I had one. I was a newby to Star foot spa and she made me feel right at home even though I made a few mistakes.
#1 wear a face mask upon arriving
#2 lay between the two towels not under the brown bed covering
My massage: It started with no contact compression which was just what I needed from my yoga practice, moved into a Swedish style massage, followed by hot stone, flipped over, foot soak, face/head massage, Swedish on arms and legs combined with stretching and finally foot reflex and calves. Absolutely incredible.
The atmosphere: May be uncomfortable for some people. Personally I loved it, it reminded me of being in a courtyard. It is one giant room, however the individual “rooms” are pergolas surrounded by bamboo with dividing screens and pull curtains leading in and out. Each room has 2 beds I’m assuming for couples massages. There was no stranger next to me or anything like that. I’m comfortable with that set up but I know some might not be. I loved the hanging lanterns and instrumental music. This place was also very clean which is a must in my book!
Setting an appointment: This was super easy, I called in same day, told them my preferred time and they worked with me to get me in 30 minutes after my requested time. I would definitely recommend calling in advance.
Pricing: Very competitive prices my 90 minute massage was $76 that included my $20 yearly membership which entitles me to a $56 90 minute massages. The $20 is worth the future savings to me. The is a sign in the lobby that explains gratuity and suggests $10-$20 for a 60 minute service. Some people don’t like this I find this perfectly acceptable because some people aren’t sure what to tip. I tipped beyond that but like I said Michelle was amazing and I left feeling better than I have in months.
I made an appointment for this coming Saturday with Michelle and cannot wait to go back for a couples massage!

The massages were great, the guys did a really good job I would rate the actual massage a 4.5/5.
The problem comes when we first walk in, the front lady is very pushy trying to get us to buy extra add ons like the VIP room with jacuzzi and steam room, the membership and CBD oil (which I get that they wanna sell more services but she was really pushy).
So we add the VIP and when she took us there she asked my bf for a tip upfront for the cleaning crew (to clean disinfect the room). We get undressed and take a shower to hop into the jacuzzi for a few mins, when we get out we put on out robes, but we noticed they were extremely dirty (we even found a vape in one of them). At this point we realize that the lockers are dirty, and we’re pretty grossed out so we leave and told the lady about it and she apologizes but gives us the excuse that people are supposed to leave the robes outside or how will they know they’re dirty. They didn’t refund the rooms and still kept the tips they had asked for.
I was very happy with the massage and everything was fine in those rooms, they were clean and very relaxing, but definitely would not recommend getting the private rooms they are really gross.
Although the prices seem pretty cheap, they will hound you to add extra stuff and tip, and I honestly don’t trust their cleanliness. For how much we ended up spending we should have just gone to a spa in a hotel.

Today I decided to surprise my fiancée with a pampering day. Brunch with Mimosas, a bit of a shopping spree and to top all off a 60 mins body massage. I made reservations online for the text message they send me every week. Ad reading $48 massages. I reserved a couples massage that should’ve been $100 however when I arrived i waited 20 mins watching other ppl be railroaded into a yearly membership. That I was informed that i was to also pay! I told her well I’m a member I paid the $20 last time I came. She said that my membership expired. I explained then why do I still get the $48 She told me everyone gets that message. So against my better judgment and wanting to continue to have a good day with my babe I paid for the massages $138 now because I had to “sign up for a membership”!!! The massage was just okay and when our 60 mins were up I went to use the bathroom and my lady went to tip. When I returned she told me the craziest thing!!! The lady who was performed the massage said “you owe me 5 MORE DOLLARS!” I thought this was crazy considering I already paid. My fiancée gave them each a $10 tip, the lady was complaining that she needed more tip! That the FLYER said $15 tip plus! Like when did it ever become standard to tell guest what amount to tip? I reframed from writing a review on my last 2 visits but after this experience I will never come here again! Should be name 0 star spa!!! making people sign up for a membership, they’ll never use because of the crappy customer service and the money hungry masseuses that are out to make an extra dollar every way they can.

Tonya was amazing, she found all of my areas that needed attention without me having to point them out, spent ample time on the troubled spots and applied great pressure.
I was a bit hesitant on going in because of Covid-19, but both Tonya and I wore masks, which was tough at first, but once I focused on my breathing, I was fine.
I actually got the VIP 90 minute combo package and it was exactly what I needed as it's been about 5 months since my last massage. I've been going here for the past 5 years and bring my friends from out of town, it's definitely a hidden gem.

I love love love this spot. if your a local or frequently visit Vegas than definitely buy the membership. once a member you get access to exclusive deals. As a tour guide and yoga instructor here in Vegas, my body absolutely needs a self care service such as this. They satisfy my muscle ailments every visit. Its only a 2 mile distant from the strip. They always have couples massage deals. Naomi may look like a tiny female but she is strong and and expert at her trade. highly recommend her. please keep in mind that tip is important. 20 is average. anything less than 15 as a tip is just rude for the service they provide to your body , that serves as your vessel in your everyday life.. quality of life. .

I booked a 60 minute couple massage. We had an appointment and waited 45 minutes. I only recieved a back rub. It was horrible. It was supposed to be full body. I was so upset because I know what I should have received. Then they followed us out the door requesting a tip that they did not earn. I will never booked through this service again. My friend was in the bathroom and they was knocking on the door requesting a tip. This place was so dark and unprofessional. The girl at the front keep asking us to upgrade to a sauna and other things. She even claim she had no change and keep my dollar. Places like this needs to be closed down. They advertised massage but the service provided was more like a petting zoo.

This was off the strip. We had 90 minutes of massage.
60 minutes of body which was amazing especially the hot stones!
30 minutes of reflexology which was ok would have liked more pressure but it was very relaxing.
Very clean and reasonably priced.

Whenever I visit Vegas, I make sure to visit the StarFoot massage. Inexpensive and very invigorating!! Had Elle today and she worked HARD during the 90 minute VIP massage. She took care of all my muscles and ensured a very relaxing 90 minutes.

I had an appointment set today at 3:30 pm. They told Me 15 minutes wait. 45 minutes later...still waiting. Was told another 15 minutes wait. What time of business is so inconsiderate of the customers time!. Don't go unless u have unlimited hours to wait. Not to mention that they took in customers that arrived after us first. While we are still waiting. Needless to say. Left with no massage. Also front desk lady is also rude. Don't try to call. They don't answer phone. If they answer, you will be put on hold. So disappointed with their service.

Run, don’t walk from this disreputable place! Seriously read the comments. The State Massage Board has sanctioned these unfortunate people. It’s just a bad place to go - and the Staff demands and begs for tips as they aren’t paid decent enough wages to support these abused souls.
It’s; sad, unprofessional, insulting and heart breaking. The burns I received - and worse the horrible and brash behaviors my Guest and I received really mY he actionable in court. Worse; the Manager and Owner refused to divulge their names. What kind of business treats clients like this ???

I called to schedule the time then we just showed up showed our scan code. They asked if we wanted male or female masseuses and they then took us to our lil room looked like a lil cabana with dimmed light and relaxing music.
