Fun and Enjoyable Tour to the Hoover Dam
Toured the Hoover Dam with good friends! Michael was our tour guide and bus driver and was excellent! He was very knowledgeable of sites we visited and included great humor during our tour. Highly recommend.

Amazing views but don't get left behind!
We booked the Grand Canyon West Rim by Coach with Meals and Helicopter Tour, (with additional SkyWalk). The bus arrived a little late as we were the last hotel to be picked up from. The only issue was that there were only 2 seats right at the back of the bus, (next to the toilet), which was noisy and uncomfortable. Not a major issue though. The only real complaint was that as my daughter and I were the last off the bus at the rest break, (service station in the middle of nowhere), we were the back of the queue and therefore the last to get breakfast, (so the last to go to the bus). To my disbelief as we were walking out of the Service Station, Subway and coffee in hand THE BUS WAS PULLING AWAY WITHOUT US!!!! Running, shouting and screaming, (burnt my hand with the coffee splashing everywhere), and the driver must have heard other passengers telling him we were left behind and turned back into the parking lot...I must say I was angry and quite scared at the prospect of being left in the middle of nowhere (effectively ruining the day)....thankfully the rest of the day went well and the helicopter ride was breathtaking. Eagle point was ok, (the food was good)...we did queue for the SkyWalk (around 35 mins) and I would encourage anyone going not to bother, especially if you've paid for the helicopter ride). As a result we didn't get time to go to Guano Point which was a shame. All in all a good day and although expensive the helicopter ride worth every penny...JUST BE CAREFUL THAT YOU DON'T GET LEFT BEHIND!!!!

Check one off your Bucket List with this tour
Great tour of Grand Canyon and Hoover Damn. This tour checked one off the bucket list and didn’t disappoint. Derek was a great tour guide with great personality. Bus was a bit late but we were last pick up. Book direct and not on the strip—it cost us more booking on the strip :(

          Awesome tour
Excellent tour. Michael was the best driver we could have hoped for. He was very funny and informative. The bus was very comfortable with large clean windows for great visibility. Took many awesome photos.

Awesome experience with Tony as our guide!
We were so pleasantly surprised with our tour. We booked thinking we were just getting a shuttle ride to the Hoover Dam. Nope. We got a wonderful tour guide named Tony. Our 16 year old loved him too. He was a hoot. So entertaining. We stopped and took pics at several places we would've never known about. Thank you Tony for our day yesterday. We appreciated your narrative.

Jam packed sight seeing - great value tour!
I was skeptical booking a 12 hour tour (!!) from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Seemed so long, but there were enough interesting stops and breaks along the way that it seemed to fly by, and we were back before dinner. We stayed at Sahara and had to queue across the street at Circus Circus by 5:40am (about a 7-8 minute walk). Bus arrived around 6:15, right on schedule. The charging port in our hotel room was broken, so I woke up with 11% battery (yikes!) but the bus has charging ports between the seats (hooray!), plenty of legroom and it was quite comfortable. Pro Tip: all the Grand Canyon tour buses queue at the same hotels, so make sure you look for “Gray Line” in the window. Many people tried to get on the wrong bus and slowed boarding. Our driver/tour guide Derek was awesome. Highly experienced, he knew a ton about the history and sights, kept us on schedule but not rushed. He was funny, lighthearted and just delightful. First stop was Lake Meade for a few minutes to snap some photos. Then the Hoover Dam, and on to the Tillman bridge for a walk out and photo ops. Quite a sight! We hit one more quick rest stop on the way, passed through Joshua Tree National Forest and a wind farm, arriving at the Grand Canyon in less than an hour from our last stop. We added on the Skywalk. Frankly the views are great everywhere at the Grand Canyon, and folks mentioned they could skip it if pressed for time or money (there was about a 15 minute line to get on the Skybridge). But I figured it was kinda once in a lifetime and I sure don’t regret it. It was intense! I was worried about being rushed through, but that’s not the case at all. You cannot take your cameras or phones (there are free lockers), but they have a professional photographer and digital photos start at $10 if you want the souvenir. I accidentally skipped adding the meals as part of our package, but food is available for purchase at the two Grand Canyon cafes (or rest stops along the way) if you do not add it on with your package. We were staving by the time we got to the Grand Canyon, heading out so early only Starbucks was open for breakfast. If I thought ahead I would’ve grabbed breakfast bars and snacks the night before, but again there were rest stops there and back where you could grab something to hold you over. It was a great tour, the price couldn’t be beat, and I highly recommend if you’re on the fence. You won’t find a better tour for the price!

PRINCE and PATRICK said DONT BE THAT GUY!!!
Although this trip was not booked on The Comedy on Deck bus tour...We could not tell..our bus ride to the Canyon is going to be just as memorable as visiting the Canyon ..Our facilities PATRICK AND PRINCE kept us laughing they were engaging, personable, accommodating and funny 😁 as prince warned us from the beginning and throughout "Don't be that Guy" take a tour with these 2 and find out what that means exactly...the bus was clean it had outlets to charge your phone ..initially I was told bag lunch was included as a bag lunnch but surprising ended up being Pizza hut included 3 items of your choice and I had an included max movie pass...I was treating 2 under 21 college Spring Breakers and I believe they had more fun on bus than the actual Canyon...so request bus wit Prine and Patrick and don't end up be That Guy...!!!

If I could give to them no stars I would, I had a terrible experience! I never took the tour! They told me to wait in the Bellagio Underground Tour 6:40pm, Jan. 1, 2018, I was there since 6:20pm, even earlier, I was at the Aria but they told me to go there), a lot of tour buses came, but never ever someone asked or shouted for me, and I never ever saw a Gray Line car or something of the tour name, I thought they were late, I called them at 7pm and the woman told me that I missed the tour! how was that possible!? she made me wait a lot and finally told me that they could pick me again but without the Vegas Sign, how could I accept without that and I was already so mad that I said NO of course! I booked the tour only for me, so I bet they left me because of that, I wish I booked with other company, but I picked them for all that they offer MY BIG MISTAKE!

Dear vannevb, On behalf of everyone here at Gray Line Las Vegas I would like to offer my sincere apologies for our tour guide not locating you for our Night Tour of the Las Vegas Strip. The tour pickup points at Las Vegas hotels can be a be hectic, yet our driver should have made a larger attempt to locate you. When you contacted our office, our people had to put you on hold while they got hold of the driver/guide to find out exactly where they were and if they could circle back to find you. In a situation like that, when you are on hold for a couple of minutes its certainly feels much longer. Our tour was at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign at the time of the call, so while they would have been able to pickup you up, it was not really feasible to bring the entire tour back to the sign. Once again we want to extend our deepest apologies for this incident. Sincerely, Ed

        * 35 mins late getting picked up. No attempt made to contact us to advise us of delay. We called Gray Line and were told to wait, no time frame specified.
        • No apology from tour guide for delay. Did not even bother introducing herself.
        * Rattling old congested mini bus not ‘luxury coach’ as advertised. No air conditioning in unbearable searing heat.
        * 4 tour guests missed out on champagne because the tour guide ran out of glasses. Seriously... ?!? Don’t they know in advance how many guests on each tour?
        * The tour guide did not use a microphone so the guests relegated to the back of the rattling old mini bus could barely hear her.
        • Six guests left half way through the tour in disgust.
        • Absolute rip off. Eager to hear Gray Line management’s response and refund policy for misleading advertising.

Dear Bisous0612, On behalf of everyone here at Gray Line Las Vegas I would like to offer our sincere apologies for the service issues you experienced on your recent night tour. For over 100 years the Gray Line name has meant great sightseeing, however it does seem that we let you down in this regard. Once again we are very sorry for the issues you experienced, but we will work with you to make it right. Sincerely, Ed

This trip was not worth $80 we paid. The tour guide was the only good part. The buses air conditioning was awful barely worked on an extremely hot day. The bus had little leg room for a luxury coach and small seats. Pick up and drop off made the trip way too long to be on a bus and all we saw was the back of places. The actual tour part gave only a glimpse of the Vegas strip. The stops were short and not enough. I would not recommend.

bought on groupon and was advertised that it came with a bunch of offers and discounts for various things around vegas. Glad we didn't pay full price for this tour. The bus was small, it took forever to pick up all the passengers from hotels, the stops at each spot were super long, unorganized, the champagne glasses are small plastic, dollarama cups that spill as you drive, and the discount book isn't worth a whole lot. We did a tour previous to this that was private and it was so good compared to this one. Not worth the money. The drivers were just wanting tips!

We took the Big Bus night tour of the Strip and it was absolutely amazing. The Strip itself is completely awash with lights and our guide Ralph and driver Mishai were even more amazing. Ralph's entertaining jokes and great knowledge of Vegas made this trip even more enjoyable. We had a stop at Fremont St where you could go it alone or stay with your guide, it is also worth seeing. Mishai - not sure of spelling - got our bus stopped right in front of the Mirage "volcano" on a very busy Strip. Would recommend this tour to everyone and if Ralph is your guide, even better. Hope your " gig " goes well Ralph and next time we'll be visiting you on the Strip. Great job.

We were picked up from our hotel in a luxury small 16 seater coach. Given a glass of champagne. 1st stop was the Las Vegas sign for photos and more champagne. Next we had a tour down the strip with commentary to the Mirage Hotel. We watch the Volcano show then was taken to Downtown Fremont Street. After a short time to watch light show & bit shopping we were returned to our hotel. Was a good 3 & half hours in luxury coach

Dear Bett, Thanks for the nice post about Gray Line's Las Vegas night tour. We are happy you enjoyed a champagne drink with us and, of course, the lights and attractions of Las Vegas are beautiful. On behalf of my entire staff, I want you to know that we are all hoping to see you on another tour when you next return to Fabulous Las Vegas- perhaps one to check out the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon!
