Not a lot of seats at the top of the boat. Be sure to get there early if you want to ride on the top. Crew was friendly. More history about what we were seeing would’ve been nice. First off, heed the warning about getting there early. There are plenty of shops and restaurants on the pier to keep you busy. We were staying in Mid Beach and what the GPS said was a 25 minute drive took a full hour with traffic. We arrived at 650. The line takes a bit while they snap photos and give the bar a chance to keep up. Get in line early to sit upstairs and get more drinks. They do offer a nice selection and double shots, which was more than enough for us. The tour guide pointed out a few interesting things, including some dolphins , but most of the time, he let the music play, which was perfect. If you are looking to catch the sun sliding into the water, you need to go elsewhere. But if you want to enjoy the warm glow of the high rises, followed by fantastic views of Miami at night and an easy boat ride, you can't beat this trip.

We really enjoyed the views and the information from the guide- unfortunately we didn’t get our moneys worth with the bar as by the time we got onto the boat and up the steep steps the upstairs area was full so we got one drink and went back downstairs and sat outside but it wasn’t worth the hassle of getting past people and Queueing upstairs to get a drink. We did get a lovely photo to take away - they take your photo in groups as you get onto the boat - it’s at a charge of $20 for the photo - the views are class though!!

We recently took the Saturday night sunset cruise and it was an absolute highlight of our Miami trip! The crew were all amazing. Sarah, along with the rest of the crew, did a fantastic job making sure everyone had drinks and were enjoying the sights. She was friendly and attentive, even with a full boat.
The two-hour cruise was the perfect amount of time to witness the magic of Miami. We loved watching the fiery sunset paint the sky with vibrant colors, then seeing the city come alive with its twinkling lights as night fell. It was a truly unforgettable experience!
The selection of included drinks was excellent, with something for everyone on board. From wine and beer to prosecco and frozen cocktails, there was plenty to choose from. This cruise is a perfect way to unwind and soak in the beauty of Miami. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic experience!

So cute, I was worried there wouldn’t be any seats when we first got on but there’s plenty once everyone gets settled. It was awesome seeing all the mansions. If I’m being honest I went on this for the free drinks, it’s my 21st birthday! But I ended up enjoying all that it had to offer. The tour guide was personable and fun to listen to. Overall a great experience! Definitely recommend ubering to get there, traffic is SO bad and you have to pay $20 to park anyways, so not worth driving and having to give up the free UNLIMITED drinks!

This was an amazing experience. Had a slightly hard time finding the location, but the on boat staff made up for any initial confusion. Drinks are free flowing and included with your purchase (bring tip money). Dj was the best part of the experience as he played great selections and shows you many celebrity houses and he’s extremely entertaining. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Please note if you park close it was $20 and lot closed at 10pm so it’s best to eat before your excursion. However, the experience is worth every penny!

Small group during the week so boat was not very packed, allowed reasonable time to wait in line for drinks. Tour guide was entertaining regarding celebrity houses. At site there are many many other tours being offered at varying rates.

Unable to say anything positive and I have posted many good reviews over the prior 20 years. Fiesta cancelled this cruise at the last minute stating 15 people were needed to sail, and we were the only two reservations. They waited unit 7:28pm ahead of the 8pm departure to attempt to call. We checked in as instructed a half hour early, and they said to return in 20 minutes. It would have been so easy to just say it was cancelled instead of making us wait and return later. My online reservation was refunded but the downtown special event parking was $30 and no help with that expense was offered. Please be aware they will cancel and waste your time and money at their convenience. There are other boats leaving from the same location so it makes sense to buy your ticket on site from a reputable company as the advance reservation with Fiesta is a risky gamble.

I was so excited about this cruise based on the reviews. Unfortunately, it was more of a miss than a hit:
The hits: the weather was gorgeous and we had some lovely views of the city. Not much of a sunset, but it was pretty.
The misses: long line to get on the boat, in a large part due to the company taking pictures of every group as soon as they boarded (for a later fee). If you don't get there early, by the time you get on the boat, the line is very long to get a drink. You have to go upstairs where the bar and seats are full. The drink selection was poor. A few domestic beers, some frozen drinks, and sub-par wine. They were out of prosecco and only had chardonnay to offer. It was pretty crowded, but we were able to find a spot to perch. The boat was tiny and fairly crowded.
I wouldn't do it again and wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking for more of a party boat with crappy drinks.

I apologize that you were not happy with your cruise. We serve Corona, Heineken, Modelo, and Miller Lite, we serve Meiomi Pinot Noir and Le Crema Chardonnay. We have Bacardi Black and Superior tums, Malibu rum, Tito's Vodka, Maker's Mark and Bullet Bourbon and Arondas and Espelone Tequila. I don't know what you consider average but we are proud of what we offer and most people really like the pictures we offer with a keepsake photo jacket but you are not required to buy. Our vessel, Miss Miami, is 62' long, 72 gross tons, with two decks and US Coast Guard certified for up to 122 passengers, but on the Sunset Cocktail we never sell more than 90, and the trip on the above date only had around 60.
Sunset in the name refers to the time of day. As we are on the east coast of Florida the sun sets behind the buildings, but as the lights of the city come on it is a spectacular view. We also try not to play party music as that is not what this trip is about.
I am sorry we could not satisfy you but we do take customer service seriously and I will talk to the managers and crew about any improvements we might make.
