    • Please limit luggage to 1 carry-on bag and 2 check-in bags per person (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs)
    • Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag.
    • Oversized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable.

    I missed my flight! Thanks a lot for cancelling on me by text 1 hour before my pick up time for LAX. They confirmed my pick up the night before and cancelled on me the next day. Missed my vacation and lost out on $$$$. I filed a complaitn. DO NOT USE THEM!

    I booked a trip to LAX from Ventura county, they charged my credit card, sent me confirmation email and text. I was scheduled to be picked up at 3:45 AM. I woke up to a text sent at 1:50 AM telling me there were no cars available and my trip was cancelled!!!! Still waiting for
