The operator didn’t contact us till the day before the trip and basically cancelled it even though we booked a couple of weeks in advance. Lack or organisation and information, very disappointing.

Firstly need to point out - we sailed on Grand Ali Baba, booked through our rep Sami at Aquaworld (booked via Faby tours) therefore these views relate to those specifics…) As detailed, booked through hotel tour booking agent and sold as including food and soft drinks. Clearly the rep had overbooked onto this tour as a day prior we were contacted by him to tell us there was a problem with the boats and that no pirate boats were sailing as arranged. Instead the rep offered us a ‘relaxing day at sea’ or a massage. We explained to him that this wouldn’t suit our young family and so he offered us a similar tour (which would have required a two hour transfer each way) we explained that this was too long and instead requested a refund. Within 10 minutes of requesting a refund we were told that the boats were running and we were back onto the one we had originally booked! It’s a shame he had to lie to us as clearly there were no problems with the board and they were in fact running! Transfer on the day wasn’t too far and we got there boarded ok. At this time my wife went to the bar to get some soft drinks, she was told that the drinks weren’t free and the staff were very rude, shouting at her despite the fact that she made minimal fuss. She explained that the tour guide had said soft drinks were free and even showed them his text message which confirmed this… She quietly phoned our tour rep to clarify and within 5 minutes one of the bar staff threw 5 wristbands at her, from which point coke and lemonade were free. Every time we approached the bar to get drinks the staff were rude, unfriendly and practically threw them at us. The boat itself was pleasant but staff very rude and prices unbelievable. One traveller nearly choked when told his double whiskey would cost him 27 euros! Half way through the day we stopped near the water fall where you could get closer for an extra 10 euros per person, at this time the other passengers could swim in the ocean. The driver of the speedboat was VERY enthusiastic and during ferrying some passengers nearly hit a small child swimming, if it hadn’t been for her Dad screaming ‘Watch my daughter’ and grabbing her he would have… Scenery was lovely and the actual route was great, but this was all ruined by the very rude staff who ruined what should have been a really nice day. Pros - scenery Cons - Rude staff, unsafe, extortionate drink and snack prices Avoid at all costs!!!

Do not expect to much. 1. Dive was about 5-10min. 2. Dive about 10ish. Almost nothing to see. All about selling pictures and to dive deeper. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for.

Eric did a great job of organising our trip - we had a lovely day - old boat - we sat on top deck - lovely views, food, swimming, places to visit- a great day 👍

Went to watch the evening show, it was very busy and cramped, fighting for space. Show started 20min late and honestly, it was really boring. We were really disappointed. Beautiful surroundings and shops, but the show is pointless.

Amazing day with plenty to do. Had to pay for rafting, zip line and entry to gorge. Make sure you have something waterproof for your phones as there are lots of water fighting with the other jeeps with water guns you can hire for about £2 for the day 😉

The trip was organized accordingly. However 2 days before trip they notified us that we need to pay an additional 5 euros per person. Totally unprofessional to market a price than add to trip cost 2 days prior to trip. Second a personnel from trip abruptly attacked another passenger who was traveling with his family that included 2 children threatened to leave him on island if he didn’t pay the additional charge that he was not aware of for his children to have a seat on the bus. The passenger was not informed that the child would have to sit in parents lap for 3 and 1/2 hours. Unfortunately this was very unpleasant and unprofessional to make the rest of the travelers to witness his toxic and rude behavior. Never experienced such madness from a personnel. It should have been handled privately and professionally without interrupting our day that was supposed to start with excitement. Regardless the tour continued in a somewhat mediocre van that had broken seats and poor air conditioning. We sat almost 3 and 1/2 hours going and 3 and 1/2 hours on return. We had a couple 10 minutes stops at overpriced stands the tour itself was splendid and beautiful. It was absolute paradise. The crew was pleasant and the captain tried to redeem himself. The food we didn’t eat but seemed people enjoyed. The stops were heavenly and I definitely recommend. Overall the trip was nice but we started on the wrong foot. I recommend suluada island but maybe a different tour

What a day ❤️❤️❤️. Bus picked us up at hotel arrived at the jeep safari, we bought drinks and water guns. Safari was great throughout the whole day we had water fights while in the jeep at certain spots. Staff were all amazing and took part in the water fights, music was great as we were driving. Food was good, had to buy your own French fries and drinks but that was fine. Stopped at a few places for swimming which was amazing again staff took part. The atmosphere, music and friendlyness were fab. You can buy photos and video at the end...use euros or lira

The pilot was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable throughout the flight. This adventure provided a perfect blend of adrenaline and tranquility. I highly recommend tandem paragliding to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to do it again!

The boat ride was incredibly smooth and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The staff provided excellent service and ensured the comfort of all passengers during the journey. Although the food was mediocre, the overall experience was still worthwhile. I highly suggest this boat tour to anyone seeking a tranquil and delightful day on the water.

Overall experience was good but DO NOT trust or fall for the prices showing here for this tour because they message you not even 24 hours before only few hours before saying prices have changed you'll have to pay 5 euros extra per person which was annoying
