Get your family together and go this!!! There's not much else I can say. This is an extremely well run operation. Professional and friendly. We had so much fun doing the balloon flight

I recommend the hot air balloon which was really magical with a wonderful view. The team welcomed us very well from the beginning to the end with a great breakfast.

After our initial flight was cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions, there was a lot of back and forth trying to find a suitable day to reschedule our family of 5. Lene, who was helping us with our booking, was so professional and effecient in all her correspondence and had us up in the air in less than a month after our first attempt.
The actual flight was splendid, the views unmatched and the pilot and the crew were full of positive energy which created a great vibe.

We've booked this for 14/03/2020 for my husband's 40th birthday. It was a very cool, foggy morning in Cape Town and we've been praying that we'd be able to go. The pilot came, did his balloon test and trip was canceled. Then Covid-19 came. Weather and Pandemics are completely out of our or any human being's hands and we decided to WAIT. In January 2021 I rebooked and received an absolutely outstanding service from Lenè up until 23h00 the night before the flight. With her well-wishes I could hardly slept. Needless to say, the WAIT was WORTHWHILE, we've received the BEST ASSISTANCE, the BEST WEATHER, flew with the BEST CREW, seen the most Spectacular scenes which I have only seen in movies and magazines because we
had the BEST VIEW from above. I absolutely love the bond between Conrad, the pilot and the crew. They were like family and each one knew exactly what to do. They've made us feel at peace and we could just relax and enjoy the flight. We had THE BEST EXPERIENCE due to all of them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone.
