I was a bit nervous with all the talk of rouge taxi drivers in Cape Town but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked out of the arrivals hall to find my taxi driver there with my name held up on a sign. The drive to my hotel was very informative and I had no reason to feel nervous at all. Would most definitely use them again if I found myself back in Cape Town.

We arrived in Cape Town and there was no one to meet us. We waited a while and tried the contact number we had been given, it did not work. We eventually waited nearly an hour and then gave up and paid for service from another company. We had booked and paid extra for the luxury car service for both into and out of Cape Town. When the car for our return journey arrived it was old and scruffy. The driver while pleasant wasn't exactly smart either. We felt really disappointed and contacted Expedia on our return. We have just found out that we will not be refunded for the first half of the "service". We will not use this service again and urge others to be very careful. If it was possible I would have given a no star review.

I needed to get my family of 6 to Cape Town International and I wanted a shuttle service that was reliable and efficient. When our flight was delayed at OR Tambo, David from CITI SHUTTLES messaged that he would be waiting for me and my family. He was actually tracking our flight! What incredible service! I highly recommend this shuttle service: Citi Shuttle booked via Viator. I would rather pay a little more but feel safe than take a taxi. I booked all my transfers with them and am very satisfied with the services they provided. The person in operations would send me polite messages inquiring if there’s anything else I need. If you are in Cape Town, South Africa, book with Citi Shuttle via Viator. My driver Stan I think was his name was fantastic!

We are most comfortable in using Citi Shuttles and will use them again as we were sent SMS reminders, timeously. We had requested Clifford Amos as our driver and the drive was perfect. Sadly on Sunday, 7 January, We were not notified as to who our driver was and there was some confusion regarding the fact that it was not Clifford. The driver was patient and after wasting much time, we found a different driver waiting for us. My husband suffers with severe motion sickness and the driving conditions back to our home, were similar to that of being in one of the local taxis. The driver exceeded the speed limit most of the way and despite being very polite, we were anxious and both extremely nauseous after the trip back home.

Excellent. Meet at airport on time and straight to apartment we were staying in. Cars clean and drivers fantastic. Only slight hiccup. Not sure about bringing departure time forward an hour. Had to sit at airport ... doing nothing.

I love a tour where I can see lots of sights, and learn about the history and culture of a place. That's exactly what this tour did. We hit many of the most popular sites and attractions of Cape Town and learned plenty of historic and cultural facts.

We recently used Citi Shuttles as our airport transfer and found them reliable and very good at keeping in touch with their arrangements by text and email. Keith, our driver, was most pleasant too. We will use their services again when needed.

Stanley was the perfect host/driver. He waited for us patiently on collection from the airport and drove us safely to our venue and gave us some vital information on the trip. He was very friendly. David our other driver was punctual and got us safely to the airport.
