I used this company to book my return transfer from Johannesburg airport to my lodge 2.5hours away for myself, mum and son. I also used this company to book our Quadbiking experience. I cannot fault this company at all. They had the best prices available and did a discount as we booked the quad biking too. The communication via whatsapp was spot on, i received the invoice link, up to date communication regarding drivers and confirmation on pick up times the day before and on the day. All drivers were on time and extremely friendly. Darkie was waiting for us at the airport with a sign, Colbert from Sundown city Quad biking picked us up from the hotel, did our one hour quad experience and dropped us back off. Our return tranfer was smooth too, everything was well organised and on time. Will definitely use again. thank you.

Going to see the animals in there natural habitat was great. We didn't see any lions, but we got to see the rare leopard.

It was mine and my partners special 2 year anniversary gift to each other and we had an amazing time at the Pilanesberg Safari! We had clear communication with the driver on the day via WhatsApp and was picked up on time. As soon as we got there it was raining but it didn’t dampen the day at all and our guide was very funny, throwing joke after joke! (They even gave out blankets for us to stay warm). We got to see Lions, Rhinos, Elephants, Giraffes and many more…the guide had so many interesting facts about the animals. From morning till 6pm we were well looked after and safe! The bonus was how tasty the food was during our lunch break. Would highly recommend this trip to others! 😊

Had a spare day at the end of a work trip and took the opportunity to go on a day Safari. All round excellent experience, super guide, tonnes of animals, no delays, great customer service and a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

The service was excellent from the team, we had initially booked for a Thursday but couldn't make it and cancelled at the last minute and the team was very patient and understanding with us they rescheduled for the following day with no extra fees. Great experience that you'll never forget. Picked up at hotel, and traveled to site. Took a couple of hours to get there, but driver stopped along the way for snacks and a break. Arrived at safari and met guide. Went over rules and safety expectations before venturing into the park. Spent several hours in the park before stopping in the park for lunch. After, continued though the park before existing the safari and heading back to the hotel. This was a great experience seeing animals we don't have in North America. Will definitely be back for a longer safari as this was a day long.
