Booked this trip weeks ago. The name of my hotel was indicated on the ticket/booking as the pickup point. The night before (and after the point I could cancel) I received a message from Kasia to say they had “noticed” my hotel was outside their pickup area and requested I go to a different pickup point at a different time to that stated on the ticket. Kasia refused to refund the trip and the person with whom I was communicating refused to give me the email address of the director of the company. Poor service.

I would highly recommend this tour. We were able to work with the tour company to customize some of the locations. Our guide Ben was fantastic! He was on time and was available provide information at every stop. If you are looking to get out of the city this is a great choice.

The pick up time was way too early, had over an hour at the park to wait for the safari. The actual safari was okay, jam packed vehicle on a Sunday with young children who didn't understand keeping quite while looking at the animals. All in all, Pilanesberg is a good park.

The tour guides are well informed about the tours, they are able to take you back to the South African history pre 1994

Great activity, the operator and driver where really helpful and punctual and delivered everything perfectly, with a great attitude that contributed greatly to the experience.

It was so beautiful I had a wonderful time. Food there was incredible. Got to see many historical sites that are part of South African history. Finally it was an amazing tour it was filled with lots of exciting moments and fun.

Terrific driver and well appreciated tour! So many activities to be done here. Like fishing, canoeing, hiking and game drives. An amazing drive so much to see and do. Tour guide was amazing and had so much to say about the place it was an excellent tour. It was an incredible experience and an interesting choice of tour destination. Not to forget the excellent service and entertaining tour guide.

A dream holiday , culminating in a visit to small ,well run safari. For the purist it might seem manufactured as the animals seemed to appear on cue for a photo shoot. The Pilanesberg National Park Safari Experience was a relatively safe way to get up close to the animals in their natural environment . We went out in the early mornings, mid-afternoons and again in the evenings, and on each trip we saw something different. This was an exciting grand finale of our holiday in magnificent South Africa.
