  • We will be taking bike paths most of the time, but will have to cycle alongside cars for short segments. You must be confident in your cycling skills to join this cycling tour.

  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • The electric pedal-assist bikes are for people no taller than 185cm (6ft)
