Response from Petersburg F, Manager at Communist Walking Tour of St Petersburg
Responded 30 Dec 2019
Thank you for your letter! Unfortunately, there must be a mistake as our guide was there and he waited for you till 5.20 pm, please tell us did you read the description how to find the meeting point? It is said: “The meeting POINT: 1. Get to Ploschad Lenina metro station (Lenin Square), Red Line. 2. If you are coming from the city center then you need to go out of the train and turn LEFT to the exit of the metro station. 3. On the surface you will see a big monument of Lenin, you should get there. Your tour guide with the red umbrella “Petersburg Free Tour” will be just in front of it.” This description was taken exactly from your booking, please let us know if somehow you didn’t have this information. We ask our guides to take photos from every tour. At this day we had another tourists who had the same tour and they met the guide at the meeting point, we have a photo of this day but unfortunately we can’t attach it here but if you give us your email we’d be happy to send it to you. We do really sorry this situation happened to you and we wish we could do something for you. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to let us know. Best wishes, The team
