Google the Gibli museum website. Tickets are NOT sold at the museum and are usually ordered 3 months ahead of time if you are doing this on your own, like I did. I did not book the trip advisor tour. The website has a toggle for English. You might be able to buy them at a 7-11 store (they sell everything, incl baseball tickets) or, ask your hotel to help you. Or, book the trip on trip advisor last minute. Also use KLOOK for Tokyo.
