4 Days 3 nights. Company Trip from Malaysia with 33 pax included elders and kids. We got Kak Salwa as our Tour Guide with 4 handsome and charming drivers (4 van). The itinerary well managed by the tour guide. Although the itinerary were packed. Our tour guide managed to ensure all of us get enough leisure time as requested. Kak Salwa and our drives van are very welcoming. Although of the language barrier (some of drivers only speak Thai) . The always assist you at the best . Especially for eldest ,kids and people needed. Most recommended agent. Wish Gembira Tour will growth higher and will consistent in provide the best service for their clients. Personal opinion we love Kak Salwa and Abang Faisal (Our Van Driver).

We had great & enjoyable days at Phuket thanks to the nicely planned itinerary. Special thanks to our guide Mr Malek for providing an excellent service with an extra miles. Our 3D2N in Phuket is definitely not enough & I will visit this place again & will book Gembira Tours again to plan our trips! No regrets!

Cheaters.. . They ask you for more money in the end after the done deal. We booked the private tour and confirmed the deal. But in the end, the tour guide forced us to pay the large tip (for the poor service) and asked for extra 1200 Bhat in the name of entrance fee. While we have paid all money and it was all included, they forced us to pay or threatened us for police action. Very poor experience. Avoid if you are a foreigner

Our cruise stopped in Phuket for a day. We went ashore via tenders. Hadi, our guide,was holding a sign with our name on it when we got to the shore. He directed us to full-size van with A/C blowing cold. My wife and I were the only passengers so it was especially comfortable. We had the full attention of our driver as well as Hadi for the day. We visited Phuket once before on a cruise so we wanted to customize the itinerary to not spend time visiting the same sites. Hadi helped us with that. We were very satisfied with the results. We saw beautiful beaches, interesting city sites, elephants and more. We also learned a lot about Thai history and people. Hadi took us to a small local cafe-style restaurant for an included 4-course lunch that was made up of local Thai specialties. Three courses and rice were on the table when we arrived so no time was wasted. Hadi took special care to be sure my wife's allergy was considered in the choices. One of the courses was Tom Yum seafood soup. It is now our new favorite Thai dish. At the end of the tour we were dropped off in front of the pier. This was a very professional and efficient tour. I recommend it for anyone wanting to break-away from the normal ship-offered excursions or for non-cruisers wanting a good introduction to Phuket.

Just had the most amazing trip to Khaosok national park. Group of 4 friends and we had our own personal tour guide Mart and driver and they were exceptional. We stayed in a tree house and floating cottage on the lake truly stunning also bathing with an elephant my highlight of the trip trekking through the park and visited a cave on the lake has to be one of the most beautiful places I have visited and a big thankyou to Mart for making it so special I would definitely use again.

Went to Phuket on 4-7 Jan 2019 which was during Pabuk crisis. Our program to James Bond Island and Phiphi Island was affected as the island activities are closed from 4-5 Jan 2019 as per instructed by Thailand government. The good things was Gembira Tour keep on updating the situation and manage the itinerary very well to ensure we able to complete our mission without ignorance of the government instruction. The new schedule was arranged by the team and we manage to complete everything before our last day of the trip. Very fast response from the team to attend all our concern in regards with weather condition even before we arrive. The service by the guide & the driver was excellent. They are very concern and prepare a place for us to change clothes after phiphi tour before directly go to the airport on our last day. We are totally understand and Pabuk was not an excuse at all for Gembira tour to provide a super impressive service. Thanks a lot to the whole Gembira Tour Phuket team, especially to our guide, Ms Sunwa and driver, Mr Faisal.

We reserved a full day trip with Gembria Tour and we have been promised a full day trip to 6 locations starting at 8- 8:30 in the morning. We have been told to wait in the lobby of our hotel and wait for pick up that come late and finally we find the person that come tp picked us waiting next to the hotel gate. We have been pick by a boat that belongs to another company called "Kohyao Sun Tour" . To our surprise when we finally arrive at the boat we joined other people that were transferred to others islands and we find our self traveling for the next 2 1/2 hr on a boat that has nothing to do with our trip. Finally, after we called and complained Gembria Tour ( that has no idea what is going on....) Finally, at 11 am we arrived at Phi Phi the transfer passengers left the boat and we started our trip

Have a good trip to Phi Phi Island and pleasant tour guide name by Ms Salwa. Safe journey to Phi Phi Island and back to our Hotel in Patong. Food serve during lunch at Phi Phi Island was good. Great and delicious food serving at floating seafood restaurant call 'BANG MUD'. Souvenir shop recommended has the reasonable price, especially for those who loves to buy T' Shirt. T' shirt price was cheap compare to Bangla Street in Patong Beach and tourist will be crazy to buy them with the offer of buy 10 T 'Shirt got 1 free. Highly recommend to the Muslim and Non Muslim to take Gembira Tour Phuket.

We visited Krabi for 3D2N from 31/8/2018 - 2/9/2018. It was the trip that we will not forget. The food is delicious and HALAL of course. Our tour guide, Muhammad and our driver, Haqeem is super friendly and very cheeky. They make us feel so comfortable during the trip. They are also very helpful and very caring towards all of us. I will recommend Muslim to take with Gembira Tour package and you will not regret it. Will be visiting Krabi again with no doubt. =)

We've booked with a Phuket tour operator--Ismael--who has subcontracted our group to Gembira for the Krabi part of our trip. From the moment Muhammad received us at Krabi airport till he said goodbye to us on our journey to Phuket by road, every thing that we did and experience was as per original plan and went beyond our expectations. First Muhammad helped us got the SIM cards for the group--True--and suggested we got a weekly package for 200TBH for each individual. We were a group of 15 and no one has to top up the mobile balance for the whole 1 week trip. Unlimited internet was free for the week and the speed was also very good. Thank you Muhammad for the suggestion. We were picked up in 2 Hi Ace vans and dropped off to our hotel. Same day we had a Kayaking trip planned, but one of our group mate has a flight late in the afternoon. Muhammad arranged the pick up in such a way that he had got ample time to freshen up and joined us on our trip. We were taken to the Kayak tour and our guides Bilal and Malik were knowledgeable and fun to go with. Muhammad took our photos from his camera as well as was very happy to take pictures from our cameras too. He later shared his pictures on whatsapp without asking anything. We went there in low tide so couldn't explore the mangroves area, but all in all it was great fun. The highlight of the tour was the BBQ dinner on our way back. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the restaurant but the whole experience--the ambiance and the food--was great. It was raining half of the time we were there, so that made it all the more enjoyable. We had Bar B Qued mussels and corn on the cob as starters, and then sauteed chicken with a slice of pineapple and bell pepper, and BBQ fish, followed by pineapple and other fruit drinks. Muhammad saw us off the next morning for our onward journey to Phuket and arranged 2 vans in a very good condition. Halal food was not a problem, if you are wondering, you just need to tell the guide. If I ever go back to Krabi, I would definitely ask Muhammad to manage the tour for me.
