Best tour guide
We used several agencies to go around Bali but none were as good. Our guide, Made was great and was able to answer all our questions. He was always making jokes and conversation along the day. Water was provided all day. There was also a good driver. Lunch was ok. The temples were great :) thank you again.

Twin teenagers make a ring each
Great couple of hours spent to do something creative. Both came away with a ring designed by themselves for about $Au50 each. My niece has some experience from her school & was very interested in techniques used. Way better than wandering around hot market.

MY FAVE THING TO DO IN UBUD
This experience is seriously the best. I've done this on two seperate trips. Have loved them both times! Don't think you need to know a thing. They make it super easy to understand, and lead you step by step through the whole process, from cutting the silver, to polishing the finished product! Such a beautiful thing to do in Bali, and the boys are just wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Great Tour and Great Guides
Our guide was Agung who was really nice and friendly and very funny. His knowledge of the natural environment, birds, wildlife, plants trees etc was excellent. He also explained Balinese and Hindu culture and put all we were seeing in perspective. He had a great sense of humour and took us on an extra detour to the Tegenungan waterfall, a coffee plantation and a traditional wood carver. The driver was very good too and both looked after my wife and I. Definitely recommend this trip.

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR WITH SMAILING DMC
My friend and I did several tours during our time in Thailand and Bali, including this one. Our tour was operated by Smailing DMC and our guide’s name was Darmesta. This was the most disastrous tour experience (and we honestly loved all of our other tours). When we got into the car our guide asked us what our itinerary was for the day, as he did not know. Our guide also did not have enough cash on him for the tour, so we had to stop at 3 locations to find an ATM for him. We saw more convenience stores than attractions. We paid for the Botanical Gardens and didn’t even get to go as we only saw 3 temples during a full day tour. While lunch was included, our waters were not. We were given a bill for the water we had with lunch. The restaurant table was covered in ants and we were swarmed by flies during the meal. Our driver was also a nightmare. He was never in the car when we returned from a temple visit. At the last stop, we waited on him for ten minutes before leaving. He also did not know the tour route and was driving dangerously the entire day. At the last temple, it was clear our guide was ready to leave as he was rushing us along and was rude to other tourists taking photos, trying to rush them along so we could get our pictures and go. After this MISERABLE day, he asked us for a tip before driving us two hours home. Wow.

Unprepared Staff, Very Uncomfortable Experience
I have never been more uncomfortable on a tour. The guide had not been informed of our itinerary and had to ask where we were going. He then revealed he didn’t have enough money for the tickets. He received a call letting him know we had purchased a package with lunch included. The driver had no idea where we were going. We only went to 3 of the 4 promised visits, which we paid for in advance. The driver randomly disappeared and we had to wait on him several times. The entire experience felt uncomfortable and unsafe. He then had the audacity to ask us to tip him and the driver before we took the 2 hour car ride to our hotel.

Highlight of the trip for my teen boys.
We expected a nice packaged "experience" that would have left my teen boys bored. What we got was use of a real workshop and enough guidance to help my boys (and me) make something real, but enough freedom to do what we wanted. Unexpectedly it was the highlight of the trip.

Complete Disaster
This was supposed to be a 10 hour tour with car, driver and guide. The "Guide" was a chap named Yasa who was completely useless. Volunteered no information; told us nothihng about the attractions and proved ignorant when questioned. His sole funtion seemed to be to tell us when to pay entrance and other fees and to hurry us along so that we arrived back at our hotel an hour early. He then gave us a "Feedback" form to fill in. Unsealed and to be returned to him. The entire "Tour" was a con.

Tanah Lot temple tour
Tanah Lot temple was awesome , esp when I ‘caught’ the setting sun. This sunset tour is highly recommended when you are in Bali! Our tour guide Wayan is such a gem, not only was she our guide, she also took our photos.

A wonderful trip in Bali
We had a great time in the luxury car with WiFi and cold water on board. The two friendly guides told us everything about the history of the temples. It was really a fairy tale day!

Unbelievable experience
I had an unbelievable experience riding Rio through the rice paddy fields and local village. The guide was accommodating to our needs as beginner horse riders and the scenery was breathtaking. A photographer took photos of us throughout the ride which were available for a small additional cost. This was a highlight of my time in Ubud. I would definitely do this experience again.

Awesome day seeing the Komodo Dragons!!
We had heard that some days you are lucky to see only a few dragons. On the day we went there were dragons all over the area. It was also mating season and several of the male dragons kept fighting which was very exciting... and a little scary. The kids loved the trip and our guides were awesome. The park rangers made sure everyone was safe. AmaIng tour.

10 hour tour
We were picked up on time at our hotel in Seminyak for a 10 hour tour. Stopped at an art gallery as part of the tour. Though we hadn’t expected the stop it was fine because we collect one or two pieces of local art on every trip. Bargain on everything in Bali and stick to your price because you’ll get whatever you want if you demonstrate that you’ll walk away. Made a stopover at the monkey forest. Well worth it. Went to see the volcanos and lake and had a nice lunch and saw some of the terraced rice paddies. Fascinating stop a a Hindu temple and later a stop to sample teas and coffees. Our driver was very safe and the vehicle was new and well maintained . Our guide, a lady who’s worked as a guide for over 25 years was excellent and informative. I just wish I could recall her name. Because of the heavy traffic we actually spent over 10 hours on the tour. The only thing I didn’t care for was the fact that individual villages require a toll, per person, levied on tour vehicles. Even though the tolls weren’t expensive, just a few cents really, it should be included in the cost of the tour. Be sure to take IDR in small denominations to cover a variety of incidentals.

We were there on full moon day . Plan to visit this place in the evening.
The rich tradition of Hinduism is interwoven in the day to day life of people of Bali. Bali is known as island of 1000 p Every house has a small temple at the entrance. Lord Ganesh, Brahma Vishnu Maheshwar and Varuna are worshiped. There is huge temple for Garuda in GWK cultural park. Goa gajah, Pura Saraswati. Tirta Empeh, Uluvatu are must see places. All Credit goes to Hungry Bags which has planned every aspect of travel with great care.
