We had a great time with Dhey Dastra as our driver who picked us up on time fairly early at 3am for the sunrise at a location which overlooked the east - would recommend!

My Driver was Calvin. He was so nice even though pick up time was 2:30am. And Our tour guide Patrick was so nice and take care of me well. If he didn't help me i couldn't get the top of mountain.The way was very slippery, but he helped me very well . Sunrise view was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this tour! It was my best part of this trip

We have a wonderful time with this company! From beginning to end they were accommodating and always tried to go over and above! We did the Jeep excursion and hot springs! So much fun for all ages! Definitely suggest doing this adventure while in Bali! Thank you Adi for driving! The jeep driver was also amazing! We just can’t remember his name! Thank you again, will be back with more family! :)

I believe our driver/guides name was Bromo or something similar. He was great and the experience was great. Went a little after sunrise and had the lava area to ourselves

It was an amazing experience. The hike is tough, but once you get on the top it's really spectacular: you wait almost one hour for the sun to rise enjoying the view of Mount batur, the clouds and the provided breakfast. I really recommend

Gusdey was our driver for the day and made it a nice relaxing stress free trip and was extremely patient throughout, he also has the best music taste.

All the staff were incredible! Wayan was awesome and kind. Cet and Patrick were awesome on the mountain. 10/10 experience

It was the most wonderful experience of my trip to Bali. Although it was difficult to leave early in the morning, it was very comfortable to enjoy because it supported all the means of transportation. The sunrise and its scenery are so beautiful that I will never forget them for the rest of my life. But don't forget to pack warm clothes in advance because the weather is cold at dawn. I was cold. The three mountains combined with the wonderful clouds seen in Black lava are perfect for photography. While enjoying the hot spring, my body, which was cold at dawn, warms up and I can feel happiness. Lion, who guided Jeep tour, was kind, fun, and drove so well that he could make an unforgettable trip.

We had a amazing tour. Our driver (Nesa) picked us up at the hotel very early at 2:30 am. After 1 h to 1,5 h of drinving we were tropped off at the gathering point for the hike. All belonings, which were needed for the hot springs could stay in the car. Ari our guide served us some coffee or tea before the hike. During the hike on Batur we had sevarel drinking stops. The speed of the hilke was pleasent and ajusted well on our level of fitness. On the top Ari severed us breakfast and coffee. We had an amazing sunrise and we got good pictures. After going back to the gattering point we went on the hot springs to relax. The last point of our trip was a visit at a coffee plantage. Which was very nice. All involved guides were very nice! It was much fun :)

The trip was nicely organized! They contact me the day before and notifed about the pick-up time from my Hotel in Ubud. Tequila was my driver and we was there in exactly the minute we agreed (2:20). Amazing guy and was really fun with him to have the morning ride. He dropped us to the guide that lead us to the summit. Dia was a great guide, it was really nice chatting and making jokes with her during the hike. It was a 1h hike as we had a bit stronger tempo. Dia made us breakfast and coffee and we waited for the best sunrise I have ever watched! She brought us back with a lot fun to the driver that took us go the hot springs. We spent there nice 1,5h. I recommend the add-on massage of the ladies that you will find around. On the way back we stopped also on the Segara Windhu Coffee plantation for a quick tour and coffee and tea tasting. The ride back was a bit busy, especially with Ubud’s constant rush-hour, but Tequila (our driver) made it a nice time. Thx!

This trip was amazing, I highly recommend booking if you are visiting Ubud. Our day started early at 2:30am when we were picked up by our wonderful driver Rapa. He was very punctual, polite and friendly. When we arrived to the hike area, there were snacks and coffee available. The hike was difficult but fully worth it. The views were stunning once the sunrise started!! And hiking back down was amazing as well as you get to see so many views of you don’t even expect. Roman and Rina were our guides at mount Batur, they were also very attentive and fun to hike with. They also took great photos and videos of us! Rapa picked up back up from the hiking tour and showed us amazing views of Lake Batur , and was very patient when we wanted to take photos. He even gave us some the history of the area and about Bali along the way. We did have some traffic, but we really enjoyed hanging out and chatting with Rapa along the way. Thanks so much for a great ride Rapa!! Would definitely recommend him to others doing this tour.
