Driver came too early, constantly send us a screenshot of a clock that defined when they would leave us behind as we tried to clear immigration. Booking.com not helpful just told us to get a local taxi. Avoid at all costs there's a great grab hub about a 2 minute walk from arrivals.

I booked a transfer from Ubud to Jimbaran a week in advance, but the driver never came. Booking.com basically told us "sorry, but you gotta find a local taxi on your own now".

We booked 2 transfers to and from the resort. We were expecting a reasonable van if not a nice one. The one from Talixo was an old rundown Isuzu van that was loud, the fumes were coming into the van and the air-conditioning was poor. On the way back to the airport the driver had to stop as we could hear loud rattling coming and it seemed to be the driveshaft coming loose. We were all worried we wouldn't make it for our flight. The vehicles supplied by Talixo here need to be seriously replaced to newer vehicles. Having said all that the driver was very lovely so nothing agains him at all.

The driver was not there as we had booked and paid for months in advance via Booking . com suggestion. So after fiddling around trying to call the number - in the Netherlands and not Bali!!! - we went back into the terminal and found another option. So I wouldn’t waste my time with this company!

We booked a new Mercedes van and ended up with an old 12 seater mini bus that rattled all the way from the denpasar airport to ubud.  We couldn't talk for the entire 1hr trip as the rattling was so loud. The driver was very friendly but all the same, when you're paying good money for a nice van and end up with an old Isuzu Elf, we were pretty disappointed. Would not use this company again.
