We booked this as one of our first tours in zimbabwe we were picked up from hotel.taken to boat mooring short drive boarded the boat and shown upper deck where there were comfortable armchairs and coffee table waiter came over and asked what to drink open bar cocktails beers cider spirits very professional and kept the drinks flowing the captain would point out interests or animal sightings. We were then invited lower deck to tables for dinner. Given menu with choices. Great service amazing food and service then took pictures of beautiful sunset. Toilets on board very clean great tour highly recommend this company as delivered high standards

          Best helicopter ride ever
Absolutely loved this helicopter ride. What an amazing experience going over Victoria Falls. Everything was organized so well and the communication was great with the staff. Romeo was very helpful. I was so lucky to get to sit in front of the helicopter next to the Pilot. I highly recommend going here for an experience of a lifetime.

          Sunset Spectacular!
It was the most amazing sunset that I have even seen. Enjoyed viewing the animals along the river bank and the snacks and drinks as we cruised on the Zambezi River.

          Excellent
It was fabulous! Boat wasn’t too big and not crowded. The 4 course meal was excellent (appetisers, soup, b fe fillet, panacotta). Good choice of wine and branded spirits. Staff were so friendly and service first rate. We saw hippos and fabulous sunset. Would definitely recommend it and would do it again.

          Wonderful experience
Everything about the trip was efficiently organised - from pick-up and return to hotel, explanations and information pre-flight and the flight itself. Which was memorable. With views of the falls, the river and the surrounding countryside. At the end the photos and video package was worth every penny it cost. Altogether an unforgettable experience.

          Relaxing sunset cruise
This was a nice relaxing cruise. The opted for the signature level (top floor). Was refreshing to have reserved seating for our entire party of 4. Wait staff were attentive and friendly. Drinks and appetizers started coming as soon as the boat left the dock. We looked at several ship options before selecting this one. The boat was a little larger than the others and was nice and clean. The River was smooth. We saw hippos and water buffalo. This boat does not go to the falls but we did see lots of animals.

          What an experience
Loved the 15 minute flight over Victoria Falls which gave you another view and perspective of the falls. We were collected from hotel given a briefing and then up we went. Felt very safe and the company were very professional.

You get an elephant, you get an elephant
Today, I saw more elephants than people. Chobe offers quality game viewing both by vehicle and boat. It also offers intimate and upclose encounters with Africa's biggest land mamal. In addition to that, numerous herds of Impala, Cape Buffalo's, Hippos, and Giraffes. Fish Eagle, Hornbills, Egrit, Oxpecker's, Hornbills, and our favorite Southern African bird found in the city and Safari Hadeda's.

          Wow wow wow
Oh wow wow wow. This trip was amazing. So efficiently run too. We missed the guy picking us up but he asked the hotel staff where we were and saw us drinking a coffee. He decided to leave us for 15 minutes and came back. So lovely. The helicopter ride was out of this world. I thought I was going to be scared but it was just so amazing that I didn’t get scared at all. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

          Chobe - pros and cons
Chobe National Park is almost guaranteed to deliver, when it comes to game drives. In just a few hours we saw hundreds of elephants, zebra, springbok and hippos plus giraffes, buffalo, wildebeest, kudu, lechwe etc. as well as a varied birdlife. That said - considering the exorbitant entrance fees to the park, there should be a little left over to update the signs in the park. Many have, I suspect, been used by elephants etc. to rub itchy spots, the directions on the signs are worn off and impossible to read, or the signs have been tipped over. This goes for Savuti as well. It is very easy to loose your way or end up in dead ends or heading in the wrong directions. As for the tar roads leading to the north of Botswana - they are a disgrace. The road from Sehitwa via Shakawe we named Pothole Avenue - the tar is in some places nonexistent, which is almost to be preferred to giant potholes that are almost impossible to avoid. The same goes for the Maun-Nata-Kasane road. The government of Botswana should be ashamed of not maintaining the infrastructure - but maybe the politicians are more interested in short term mining adventures with foreign investors skimming the profits and ruining the roads with heavy trucks. Botswana could learn a lot from Namibia - if you want to experience Chobe, go via Caprivi if possible. Kasane has a lot of lovely, expensive lodges, campsites and also a growing amount of private guesthouses. The town is growing, but apparently without much thought to the main source of income: Tourism. In the evening, the old centre of Kasane is practically dead, no evening life, except at the lodges and larger guesthouses. A bit of city planning would go a long way. But city planners seem to be interested solely in developing industrial areas and boring mainstream malls on the outskirts of Kasane. We lived in Botswana 30 years ago, back then Kasane was small, but lively and pleasant to visit!

          Sunset Cruise
This was a quality excursion, and I would highly recommend this to others. Pick-ups were efficient, and on time, the docking area and boat were both immaculate, and the staff were polite and very helpful. Drinks were unlimited, and the snacks were snacks !!!. Wild life is amazing hippos crocs ..... and the sunset is out this world. Top job

We've been a couple of days in Kasane and took the opportunity to see the Vic-Falls for a day.
The pick-up at the hotel in Kasane was easy, transport nice and comfortable, just a couple of minutes, smooth ride to the border with a handover to a Zimbabwean tour guide at the border.
After approx 1h waiting at the border we finally made it. As it was October we were the only 2 guests of the day with the guide so it was easy to talk throughout the 1h drive to the Falls. He showed us the whole Falls and we really enjoyed the guided walk. Water level was low which is good for pictures as the lens is not washed away by all the spray.
The lunch was very good quality and can be recommended, drinks to pay but thats ok. The market afterwards is for guys who know to negotiate - we didn't and made the dealer quite happy. As a recommendation, walk the market until you saw everything and compare the prizes. Do not buy at the most pleasant person as they know how to handle tourists ;-)
