I booked a transfer to get us from the airport to Cavtat. I booked via email and all communication was prompt, helpful and in English (for which I was very grateful). I was offered a fixed price and the company track the planes to make sure they are then at the exact time you arrive rather than the expected time. Our driver was ready and waiting for us. It was a smooth and easy transfer. I would definitely use again.

Stephen was a truly exceptional host on our trip. He guided us from start to finish and thanks to him we got to see the best parts of Dubrovnik that most travellers would never see. Thanks to the wonderful experience our family is travelling the islands this summer for 4 weeks because we fell in love with Croatia and the people. Stephen was a really lovely driver and SUPER helpful! He helped us out with our luggage and our shopping and was basically a tour guide! And he has a BEAUTIFUL car! And he has fantastic special awareness and took us down a vey steep and windy road so we didn’t have to carry our cases so far.

I would rate this company a 10 out of 5. I cannot recommend them more! We used them for our entire trip while visiting Dubrovnik and Split. We were greeted at the airport with our drive holding a sign with our name. I have two small kids ages 2 and 4 and they provided car seats at not extra cost and the drivers never made them seem as an inconvenience to them during the long drive to Split. We got to Dubrovnik a day before my parents and they made a multiple stop to pick us up, then them, then took us to our Airbnb. I emailed with Kristina the entire two weeks we were here and she was beyond helpful every step of the way. She would even provide the drivers number for me when the occasion called for it. All the drivers spoke perfect English and were beyond nice, knowledgeable, and aground fun to talk to.
