Overview
Seeing all of Old Dubrovnik’s highlights takes time, and can be tiring in summer’s heat. This walking tour covers many of its noteworthy sights in just an hour, making it ideal for first-time visitors who want an overview. Hear guide commentary about Dubrovnik Cathedral, the Rector’s Palace, the Old Port, and more. As a bonus, choose from a variety of tour times to best suit your schedule.
What to Expect
Greet your guide near Onofrio’s Fountain within Dubrovnik Old Town at your selected time. Then, set off to tour the city’s highlights, hearing about their history and architecture along the way. Learn how Onofrio’s Fountain supplied water to Dubrovnik’s citizens from the 1400s to the 1800s.

Next, view the 16th-century St. Saviour Church, plus a vine thought to be more than 100 years old. Stroll Prijeko Street to the Old Port, once pivotal to Dubrovnik's trading wealth. Here, you’ll enjoy views of the one-time medieval quarantine complex as you hear stories of the St. Luke and St. John Forts that guarded the city.

Pass the former Arsenal and admire landmarks including St. Blaise’s Church, Dubrovnik Cathedral, the Rector’s Palace, and Orlando’s Column, all as your guide explains their history and significance.

Your tour concludes in the Old Town, leaving you to continue exploring independently.

Extremely Good!

I was there in October of 2018. We met by the big fountain. Ana was our guide and she did an excellent job explaining everything and answering our questions. I have no hesitation in recommending this walking tour.

There were 2 kids in my group, around 7 and 11 I’d say - and they enjoyed it. Not sure if there’s a minimum age, sorry.
