Plitvice Lakes and Rastoke Full-Day Tour from Zagreb
From US$124,48
Overview
Plitvice Lakes National Park is one of Croatia’s most visited attractions, drawing more than 1 million visitors annually. Because of its popularity, it can be a challenge for travelers to navigate crowds and make the most of their time spent there. With this tour, save time and energy by letting let a guide and driver take care of logistics. You’ll pack in a village visit and hike plus more in one full day.
What to Expect
Meet your driver at your hotel in Zagreb or Nikola Šubić Zrinski Square. Hop aboard your tour vehicle and begin the journey to Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Make your first stop in the historic village of Rastoke, situated at the confluence of the Slunjčica and Korana rivers. Take a short walk through the village, stopping at traditional water mills and limestone riverside houses.

Continue to Plitvice. Once you arrive, take a guided 5-mile (8.5-kilometer) hike to explore some of the park’s lakes and waterfalls, including the Lower and Upper Lakes. If you’re traveling between April and October, board a train for a short ride and then take a boat cruise on Kozjak Lake.

Get back in your tour vehicle for the return journey to Zagreb, and finish the day with a drop-off at your departure point.

Amazing day at Plitvice Lakes National Park

There were only four of us on the tour, so it felt like a private, personalized tour with Stjepan as our knowledgeable guide and driver. I generally do not care for full-day tours because they can be tiring and drawn out, but this tour was...More

Hike at Plitvice Lakes and National Park

The hike was absolutely incredible! The rushing waterfalls, turquoise glacier fed lakes and the lush natural forest are reminiscent of Banff National Park but this hike is doable for practically everyone. 5 km of walking with no steep terrain however uneven trails and bridges were...More
