Lima Colors and Flavors Walking Tour
Lima is a big city of busy streets, historic squares, and bustling markets—but scratch the surface and there’s a whole world of color and flavor to discover. On this walking tour, step off the tourist trail with your guide for a true taste of Lima. Watch fishermen haul in their catches in coastal Chorillos, sample fresh local produce in the traditional markets, and visit an art gallery in bohemian Barranco.
What to Expect
Following a morning pickup in the Barranco, Miraflores, or San Isidro neighborhoods of Lima, set off into the city to begin your walking tour. With your guide to lead the way, avoid the tourist traps and hit the foodie hotspots the locals love.

First, visit coastal Chorillos—a part of town where fishing is big business. Soak up the seaside atmosphere, browse fresh produce at the local markets, and watch the fishermen and women bring in their catches of the day.

Visit the port to spot native sea life among the waves, then head up to the clifftops. Here, stroll along the pretty streets with your guide and sample traditional Peruvian delicacies at the bustling markets.

Next, continue on to the stylish, boho district of Barranco. Admire colorful mansions and vibrant murals, take in sites of interest including the 'Bajada de los Baños' walkway and the romantic Bridge of Sighs, and visit one of the local art galleries for which the neighborhood is known—with the entrance fee included on your tour.

When your time in Barranco comes to an end, return to your starting point to conclude your walking tour.

I think they can arrange to ppick you up from the airport but you need to know that the airport is a little out of the centre so they would surely need to add to the price. I have no idea how much that would be but they will... More
