What to expect
Receive pick up at your hotel in Santiago and enjoy the scenery as you drive along the green fields of Chile’s Casablanca Valley, best known for its Chardonnays and Sauvignon Blancs. Take a break along the way for a taste of a local drink called chicha. The next stop is Viña del Mar, called the “The Garden City” for its abundance of flowers and green areas. Walk the charming streets, stopping to check out the main plaza and one of the famous Easter Island heads. After Viña del Mar, travel to Valparaíso, a photographer’s dream with its street murals, brightly painted buildings, and distinctive funiculars. Stop for a seafood lunch on the coast (at traveler’s expense). Then, on the way back to Santiago, stop for a guided wine tasting at a local vineyard before concluding the tour at your accommodation.

Amazing tour of the coastal cities of Chile
Dec 2019 • Friends
Our tour guides were very knowledgeable about the country as a whole, the destination cities, and the best places to visit within the cities we visited. I have never seen so many murals before and the architecture was amazing to see. And the people within our group were very friendly and it was nice to share our travels with eachother throughout the entire trip.

Trip to the Coast
Feb 2019 • Couples
We did this tour from Santiago on Feb. 16th. Guide and driver were very good - guide had very good English and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The weather on the coast was not great the day we went, but was nice in Casablanca valley when we stopped for wine tasting. We got picked right on time at our hotel and dropped at our door in the afternoon. There were 12’ish or so on the tour. The wall murals in Valparaiso were very interesting and the wine tour relaxing.
The only negative was the restaurant stop for lunch - great view, but overpriced and mediocre. In fact we refused to pay for my wife’s meal. They definitely need to find another restaurant to stop at

We thank you for this message. To make clear. The tour was sold out. This considering your Booking was received at 9:45 PM even though it was sold out. In these cases we offer alternative dates. Unfortanely unable to accept since mentioned that was taking laugage on the tour to stay at Valparaíso. All this considering a last minute. Once phone call received we offered full refund. Thank you

A beautiful place, not the best tour
Nov 2018 • Couples
Definitely go to Valparaiso if you can. Go to Vina De Mar if you really like the ocean. But I do not recommend going on this tour. We were very disappointed in this experience with Francisco.

The driving experience was pretty terrifying. A lot of the driving in Chile was scary, but this day made us constantly feel as though we were on the verge of an accident, as we were driving on the freeway at high speeds and right up behind other cars, and changing lanes with barely any space.

The guide tried to explain things about Chilean history and the places we were going, but he actually made me more confused.

He took us to a wine store and then disappeared for a while. As we were leaving, he noticed I had bought something and asked for the receipt to bring back in and said the tour company requires it. We were also expected to use our own coins to pay for the Valparaiso elevator which was strange and inconvenient to not be included.

We had to run to keep up in the streets of Valparaiso so we barely got to see and enjoy it, and I had to insist that he stop and tell us about a mural that looked fascinating and that he had said showed all the history of Chile.

When we got to the restaurant, which I think was the reason for the rush, we weren't interested in eating there since it wasn't included in the tour, reviews said it was over-priced, and there was a cute empanada place next door. He acted like it was a big deal for the company to cancel the reservation even though it was only for 4 people. We insisted, and the empanada restaurant was the highlight of the trip. The owner gave us great information about Valparaiso history, spoke great English, and had amazing food at a great price.

The winery was quite nice and the wine tastings are well-priced.

None of the other reviews reflected this experience, so I felt I had to share my honest review. Maybe the guide is the type of personality that some people would really enjoy for this tour. He was passionate and friendly. I just wanted to experience and learn about the place, spend more time exploring Valparaiso and not just places where the company seemed to get a kickback, and not have to be stressed from the driving.

Colorful, historic, beautiful Valparaiso and Vina del Mar
Dec 2018 • Couples
Jose Diaz was a great tour guide - he showed us all the historic sites in Valparaiso and the beautiful beaches, rocky coastline, and parks in Vina del Mar. We loved the street art and funiculars in Valparaiso. The stop at a hilltop winery in the Casa Blanca valley was a nice way to end the day.

No better way to see Valparaiso
Oct 2018 • Business
Jaime and Gerardo were great. Lots of interesting details about the trip -- but also not too much! The Valparaiso portion and the stop at the Vineyard were highlights. And the restaurant Jaime selected -- great views and some of the best seafood I've had. Thanks again to both of them.
