La Candelaria, Mount Monserrate and Museo del Oro in One Day in Bogota
From US$85,00
Overview
If you’ve got limited time in Bogota, get a comprehensive overview of Colombia’s capital on a full-day tour of La Candelaria (Historic Old Town), Mount Monserrate, and Museo del Oro (Gold Museum). In a small group limited to five people, you’ll explore the mountaintop neighborhood of Monserrate; admire landmarks such as Parque Santander and Plaza Bolivar in La Candelaria, the oldest part of the city; and admire glimmering exhibits at Museo del Oro (Gold Museum). Hotel pikcup and drop-off are included.
What to Expect
Enjoy a personalized tour of the historic city center with a local guide. You’ll be picked up at your hotel and head to Monserrate where the tour starts. At this place you'll enjoy the amazing view of Bogotá and realize how big the city is.
Then you’ll walk around La Candelaria neighborhood where you’ll visit Chorro de Quevedo, Botero’s Museum, Plaza de Bolívar, Columbus Theater and Casa de Nariño. During the walk you'll be able to try some traditional food recommended by our guide. Finish the tour at the Gold Museum, the largest collection in the world of prehispanic goldsmithing pieces. After the Gold Museum you'll have time to visit a craft market to buy souvenirs or just to know the crafts made by local craftsmen.
We assure a small group tour (maximum 5 people) for a more personalized experience.

Thanks Frances! It was my pleasure to have you guys on both tours, I'm really glad you enjoyed them. I had a lot of fun hanging out with you, learned a lot about all the Puerto Rican reggaeton artists :D
