Our Tour Guide, Amit, was an actual survivor of the October 7th Massacre at Nova Music Festival. He shared his very personal experience with us - he opened his heart to us in order for us to understand the terrible atrocities that occurred on this day, to him and to others, He took us to all the relevant sites involved in October 7th, including Sderot, the Gaza Envelope, the. Car Graveyard and the Nova Music Festival site. We got to actually see Gaza over the hills and could view the rubble there. We saw ambulances, police cars and civilian vehicles burned and riddled with bullets. We stood on the site of the Nova Music Festival. We saw a shelter on a Kibbutz where several people were killed by Terrorists. It was an amazing, emotional, heartbreaking and also heartwarming experience that was made so much more meaningful when given by someone who personally experienced it. Do not miss this tour with Amit. We all need to bear witness to these atrocities. Amit made a “ story” into a reality for us!

Amit is an excellent guide. We toured parts of the Gaza envelope that were accessible including the October 7th graveyard, Tsderot and the Nova Festival. This is a gut wrenching experience that is more so since Amit was at Nova and three close friends were murdered. I’m not sure how Amit is able to share such a tragic story with such grace

Amit is the special combination of three things: 1 A highly intelligent, fragile and honest survivor of the events of October 7th, he was there and tells it through his experiences and escape 2 A tour guide and history expert by profession from many years before October 7th 3 A truly outstanding soul with a deep story and mission that drives him (you'll find out!) If you are travelling to see the Gaza Envelope to understand what happened, pay your respects, witness the unity and resilience and understand the geography.... I highly recommend Amit. He is everything you would want from an impactful, informed English speaking guide. For a large group bus tour or just a small car-load, either way, Amit's tours are first hand historical experience through the eyes and words of a natural tour guide and a reluctant (he'd hate me for saying it) hero.

Amit was an incredible guide. Both sharing history and his own survivor story, we learned first hand about the terrors and horrors of October 7th and the days that followed. A heartbreaking but important tour that everyone should do so that we never forget those brutally murdered on that fateful day.

On this remarkable tour, we had the privilege of seeing important locations connected to October 7th through the eyes of a survivor. He shared his personal story and took us to the places where he was at the time. He was very knowledgeable, clear, and real. He talked about the mental health toll on himself, the members of the communities surrounding Gaza, all of Israel, and the Jewish diaspora. It was a memorable, meaningful and emotional day.

This tour of the Gaza envelope with Amit was excellent. We started the day with a history lesson of the geo political situation of the region. Then he took us through his story of October 7 and how he escaped the horrors of the day. Amit was strong and courageous and patient. Anyone deliberating if they should do this tour, do it! Amit is a professional tour guide and every tour with him (I’ve taken a few) is informative and fun, you always leave with a piece of Israel in your mind and heart. This one is different, Amit invites you into his family, his friendship circle, his personal story and trauma and allows you to honor the personal and national horror of October 7.
